    잘하는 아이들이 저렇게 많은것 보면 일반적인 태권도 도장이 아니죠??? 저도 어릴때 7년을 도장 다녔는데, 저런 훈련도 없었고, 저렇게 각잡고 잘차는 동료들도 본적이 없네요,,대단합니다

      @페가수스. 보통 훨씬 더 약하게 훈련하지 않나요? 저도 태권도 다녔었는데 저런 훈련 안했어요.

    This dojo has the best kicking instructor ever in the whole world. Everyone comes out kicking 180 degrees side kick. Very impressive.

    I am continually amazed by the extraordinary flexibility, dexterity and balance that these students have, however, most of the videos in this series seem to be focused only on demonstrating that super flexibility and leg control. It would be great see some videos of them kicking the targets and sparring

    제가 태권도를 오래다니고 그만둔지 이제 거의 3달이 다 되가는데 .., 이 태권도 머죠? 일반적인 도장인것 처럼 보이진 안거든요? 그냥 빡쎈건지, 잘 하는 사람들 뽑아서 한건지 ..., 제가 시범단 이기도 했는데. .. 딱히 뭐....이렇게까지 하지도 않았어요.. ((그나저나 다들 엄청 잘 하신다....))

      NOT TRUE!!!!! it doesn’t matter between black belts in Korea or in america. They just use different methods and we Americans have our own ways too. There is no difference

      It's all about control and does take lots of practice. It's really hard holding your leg up for extended amounts of time, gotta build up muscle and endurance. Not easy but it can be done. That said, I'm very impressed with these kids training. They're incredible but they also have great instructors. Instructors make all the difference.

      Endurance and perhaps someday you'd encounter a very tall oponent, mastering that technique would be in very great use

      For me that is nice to watch. That's all...

      The application for this type of training is for Poomsae Performance or Competitions, it really is good for balance and flexibility, but for a fight I don't think it is practical, so its main purpose would be preparing for a poomsae competition.
      Martial arts is not always about fighting, because it's also an Art.

    I do take kwon do here in USA and listen to Kpop and love Korean people plus love korea I speak alittle bit of Korean but I still practice so I get more better at it

    Korean Kicks ! Pretty Good, but Is there someone knowing about why the Korean Kicks ... Kickings Upon to the Heights...Usually ? Anyone Pls Teaching to explain Clearly ?     My 38 year old self is flexible far more than many children in my class or that I see in competition but not like this!! The control they exhibit makes my hips hurt and cramp up! How do they do this?!

    개인적으로 저런 발차기가 발차기를 이해하는데 보다 좋은 운동이라 생각합니다. 허나 발차기를 이해하는 것과 움직이는 상대를 대하는 능력은 다르다고 봅니다.
