I'm 15, I know how to make viruses and exploits with python and kali linux. I have some knowledge of networking, css and html. This kid is on a great path, yeah anybody can learn this on the internet, as I did. But this kid got where he is on his own. Lets say his dad used to teach all day everyday, ITS NOT AN EXCUSE. I never had a dad nor anybody teaching me anything and yet I'm doing it with only internet connection. Instead of using your time on youtube you should leave jealousy aside and start learning more. You should get into Perl, ruby and C if you want to get into heavy duty programming languages for ethical hacking. Assembly for reverse engineering.
