    Gotta give Mikey credit. It didn’t take him but a hot minute to notice something was wrong. That comes from seat time. Somebody else with less experience may not have caught it until a whole lot of money would have went up in sawdust.

    Leed is also important if you run the log end out past the blade up swing. If you come back the log or cant won't touch the the blade or that is the hope.

    Wade, do you also do all the buying of timber and selling the products or do you have someone doing that for you. If you’re doing it all, that has to be a tremendous load to carry on top of timbering, repairing, regular maintenance, etc.

      Hey buddy yes sir on our rules we us here the minimum boar size that makes FAS grade is 8'x6" now in a mom and pop green mill they won't have scanning edger so we go
      6-3/8" in width to give him a little fudge room

    • @LoggerWade
      @LoggerWade  11 месяцев назад

      Of corse Walnut and hickory is different they can drop down to a 5"x7 or 5"×8'
      Some people do selects which is 6' long so that's sorta a loaded response, I get it thanks so much
