I don’t think they sold these new outside of Japan. We never got them here in the United States, although I could have seen them selling well under the Scion brand.
Will brand was a joint project by different industries in Japan, so it was sold only in Japan. I live in Okinawa and the Will cypher design seems to be popular with the US military.
There are a lot of these cars in the eastern part of Russia. Like many other popular JDM cars there, these are used right-hand drive cars from Japan, because the Will was not officially sold in Russia.

まぁそうですね。でも日本人が乗ってるところを見たことないんですよね。今のところ100%Yナンバーです。ウィルサイファ関係ないですが初代アクセラも9割Yナンバーだったりします。
