@@BetterAnthonySpano yea I've got a bt200x that I'm buying a stage 1 carb kit for and a 46 tooth rear with the full jackshaft. I would straight chain it but I'm in the country and like going up big hills and aint big on spending money for a torque converter.
I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure all you have to do it take the bolt from the end off of the cord before pushing it through. And kinda pull the break towards the cord so it fits better .

A 50 tooth won't give you more top end speed, you will get less, but will give you more acceleration and torque on the bottom end.

@@theLyzhendricks And that's exactly what I said. He has lots of speed, but little torque. I'd bet most hills are a challenge from a dead stop.
Take the govern out and put a pwk carb with that gearing you should floattt to atleast 66
I would put a 60 on the back to make it a 6 to 1 ratio so that you can till have a bit of take off and keep around 40 mph

I have a stock 196 that runs 55mph with a 50T but it has no torque. I have a 60T coming in today.

How did u get the drum end of the throttle cable to fit through that little hole
