Lonnie is so inspirational. not just his back story but what he's doing this season. he fell out of the rotation but he never gave up hope he'd get another chance and when he did in garbage time he made the most of it. thats how you respond. he didn't whine or complain about playing time he worked on improving his defense and stayed ready. true pro.

Just incase you missed this little detail from Golden State Warriors’ last play, this was a hammer action designed for Klay Thompson to shoot a three-pointer coming off a screen from Andrew Wiggins.
However, LeBron James recognized it quickly even before Draymond Green crossed the three-point line. Consequently, he pointed at Anthony Davis to cover the corner which threw off the entire Warriors’ play, resulting to a turnover.

The problem was Wiggins set up way too close to Klay so the switch was too easy for the Lakers. Man i feel bad for curry, GSW is basically a 1 man team, no one else can create their own shots other than curry, and with Draymond out there, Lakers can basically double team curry without losing anything.
It has kinda been like that since forever. Klay has never been able to get his own shot, that means even Klay don't command more than a tight single coverage. Which means he can't take pressure away from curry. Curry literally has to be the rebounder as well for the team, and the team can't do anything to help him.
And then plus the fact that GSW is empty in the middle, basically a buffet for both bron and AD.
It is really a matchup nightmare for the GSW, or you can even call it a mismatch.
I think 76ers is the best match up against the Lakers.

I keep telling folks the LAL are built like a powerhouse football team that runs the ball and plays D…hard to beat. Think SF 49ers…but Jimmy G ain’t the QB. They got 2 guys who can get you the 3rd/4th and 1 with easy looks at the rim. They turn stops into easy looks, get to the FT line, play D, rinse & repeat. Very sound strategy when you think about it.
