I couldn’t figure out if BBW was going to an afternoon tea vibe or a literal tea, and I think the verbena you picked could speak to that. I’m not a fan of that note and personally don’t like the candle because of it, BUT I’m glad to see BBW push their limits beyond their usual. It’s nice to see something unique from them for such a large-scale collection. I wholeheartedly agree on the Diamond of the Season being a bore.

You hit the nail on the head with Lemon Verbena ! along with a black tea is what I got on cold . I have been smelling alot of that Lemon Verbena in the new candles out recently Eucalyptus Bamboo I think has that note too even though its called Lime in the notes .. BBW likes to fool the brain like that with the notes

Thanks for the review on this. I haven’t picked this one up and probably won’t.
I am really curious about your take on Bridgerton Study as I found it to be repulsive when smelling it in store and anxious to hear what you may find appealing about it.
As for Danbury Shortbread, I think they used up leftover scent ingredients for this as it’s good but rather generic and mild. Almond Croissant was way better.
I really like Wisteria Garden and think that they did a nice job on this floral: not perfumey, indolic, cloying or powdery. I’m hard to please with florals and so I bought a back-up of this one; it’s my second favourite floral release this year after Greenhouse Fern.
**PS: I don’t watch Bridgerton nor will I. Didn’t even know it existed before BBW brought these out.
    Have a wonderful day!✌

I agree with Wisteria. I’m just floraled out right now lol! Also I agree, Almond Croissant smelled better to me 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yay you liked it! I ended up getting two backups. It's super strong for me, almost too strong for the master bedroom. It fills the open concept area of my house, even travels upstairs to the kid's rooms! The fragrance also stays in the air long after its been blown out, which I appreciate. I get a hint of nuttiness in there along with some sort of subtle fresh spiciness. I feel like they drew inspiration from Bvlgari tea fragrances because it smells just like "The Rouge" and "The Bleu." It's a cool scent to have in a candle!

So curious to hear your thoughts about bridgerton study. I can’t decide whether to keep it. There’s a weird undertone in there

Not a gourmand girl so this one and Bridgeton study were the two I bought as well! I love citrus and this one doesn't give me lots of tea, but I love the freshness and verbena vibe. Mine is very strong thankfully, fills up the whole open concept :)

Lady Grey tea is my favorite scent in wax. From Destination Wax co.

Originally, I never went for this scent but couldn't pass on the $12.95 sale and also bought the foaming hand soap. This one sounds pretty good.

Good morning Serita! I tried the queen Charlotte tea as well, and I do enjoy it, and was pleasantly surprised. My favorite tea candle that I have tried is actually by Kringle, but it is the herbal tea which was a much older release. I have not tried teatime, but I’m not big into heavy spicy tea cents. The Bath & Body Works one actually performed quite well in my open concept living room but it probably has something to do with the airflow etc.. I do have vaulted ceilings also so I was surprised. Thanks for the review I enjoy your videos.

Yes that Kringle Herbal Tea is a popular one! It was too much for me, and part of my journey to the place where I now realize tea fragrances are not for me 🤨
