i thought about whether it counts or not, but since kira can’t stop time, he clearly can’t move around stopped time like dio or jojo, so i think he just couldn’t comprehend how unfathomably fast star platinum is compared to him and said that just because. i don’t think jotaro stopped time there. but that’s just my opinion. 🤷♂️

I think Jotaro and DIO stopped time at the same time in their clash. Everytime Jotaro moves in the stopped time made me realize that. Also Jotaro *somehow* appears in the manhole where DIO tries to go before he fatally injures DIO. I think that should count too.
