*I like to think of it as strong and weak phases.* For example: if your opponent activates their E, they have a strong phase. E.g. a greataxe starting to spin. Try to avoid/counter their strong phases. E.g. activate ice block to negate all the damage from rendering spin. A peculiar example are spears. Spears are funny in that they have such high attack damage through their Q that they basically always have a strong phase when they can auto attack. So what you should do is simple: do not let them auto attack you. You would never simply want to auto attack trade against a spear. Just run away and wait for your cooldowns. Utilize your burst. Think about ways in which you can use your strong phases in a way where they will not be able to counter them. Play to your strong phases and minimize theirs - that is how I think about the underlying strategy in all of Albion PvP.
Unless you're a ranged weapon (which you then should kite all melee weapons outside of some builds designed for brawling) you can't just not aa against a spear. Most other melee weapons can't out space a spear and in fact swords have a similar aa dps to spears but since they stack up attack speed any % damage buff is more effective on them like mage robe or cloth robe for example. So actually, most swords have stronger auto attacks than spears in most meta builds.

I usually play a pyromancer so I've got to work on spacing myself more away from them. Usually, I just try to unload everything I can while countering with defensive at the same time, but I should be using my range to my advantage to get that free dps before anything even happens... I know exactly when i lost. The main reason as an EU-Player maining Bow simply is the ping. I dont mind getting killed but beeing hit from a daggerpair across 13 feet of distance nullifies any effort for keeping distance. Even with ping reducing programs, it has minimal effect at best. It´s an amazing game but i cannot go any further with that kind of ping issue.

Ive been playing less than a month and the easter event just started and im trying to get the easter chests but keep getting beat by everyone. Feels like it will be hopeless for me to get one of the bunny mounts, since mount crafting is my main source of money i really wanted one.

Yeah, I used to be the same in all PvP. Now I only get nerves when I fight in CDs. The way to deal with it is exposure. Just go in there, fight, have fun with it and let go of the need to win. If you have high spec you can get away with a set as cheap as 33k in Stalker difficulty. Use the IP cap to your advantage. Set up base in Caerleon to be closer to the red zones and then just duke it out. It is also important to understand that this game is built around rock, paper and scissor style mechanics. Skill matters but there are also a lot of hard counters for different builds. Sometimes you'll have bad matchups, other times you'll have good ones. As soon as those nerves calm down you'll see more focus and better results.
Right now I'm practicing my skills using black hands and doing hunter difficulty before going to stalker.Thanks for your advice,I will keep that in mind.

I took a gank just now, there were about 5 pks dismounted as if they knew where I was, every time a PK appeared the game lagged, I escaped 2x from the group, but the lag didn't stop and I ended up dying, I went to the chat and typed "trash game that only lag" and I was banned for 15 min, and this is the end of Albion online for me I already uninstalled the game, that was just the last drop of water in the cup for me and for many kinky reasons I do not recommend playing Albion under any circumstances.....
You blame the game for lagging instead of your computer because your ego is too high to just accept that: 1. Your computer sucks and you need a better one. 2. You're trash at the game and make bad decisions. 3. You need to learn from your mistakes. We don't need whiny players that want everything to come free and easy to them so good riddance, enjoy your uninstall.
