- In todays Genshin impact video I test out my C0 R1 Mavuika vs my C1 R0 Arlecchino and Mavuika absolutely stomps on Arlecchino. Basically beating her out in every single team no matter the conditions. The only time Arlecchino was able to beat her was when she was given her signature weapon and then she would end up beating Mavuika but still not always.
I think we all knew what the results were gonna be 😭

As someone who just got arlecchino , I can definitely say no truer words have ever been spoken than that. The fear when u have no stamina playing arlecchino is real.

@marcusvinicius917 in overworld the bosses just die too fast . And in abyss they have shit amount of hp. Then the enemies kill me in abyss 😐. that's what happened to me with tenebrous papila. I learn about the enemies, fighting. Then after dying idk how many times I killed the papila.
Still at 35 stars 😭, cuz second half of floor 12-2 r 2 nightsoul shield enemy who has more shied then the boss itself. Burning isn't enough, I need c6 xinqui

Arlecchino against this cringe enemies with natlan shield I advice you to use overload Arlecchino ( Arlecchino Chevreuse Fischl and Kuki with tenacity of milelith) It would be really cool if you manage to build those chars, because you would have more chars available for other teams. If your Arlecchino is strong enough, you can also do that floor with Arlecchino Bennet Kazuha Fischl, the shield can't survive Fischl. If your Fischl isn't c6 then ignore what I said

This the first time for me I ever got closed to 36 star thanks to arlecchino. I never did more than 33 * . It's edging me the 36* is so close.

Also, many people forget, that Mavuika has Off-field capability. That's valuable. Of course, her On-field capability is undoubtly outstanding, but I think it's oversaturated which is understandable. But time will tell.

Tried pulling for both but couldn't get mavuika due to lack of pulls..
Arle banner came . Made 10 pulls from free ones. And got her . No regrets. And enjoying my game as usual.

In mono pyro showcase mavuika could've done much more dmg if em sands was replaced with atk but then the crit wont register and will make the comparison much more harder

Man its kinda insane that Arlecchino is that much worse, we are talking 20-30% less damage across the board, and still less damage even with C1R1, once you do Mav C2, you will oneshot the capybara
at c0r0 its like 15-20% less damage but their clear time will be like 3-5sec diff . Done lot of testing. Mavuika is just better but if someone read this and like arlechhino pull for her she is the 3rd best dps and you won't feel like your account is weak by having arlechhino
@@hruaiaralte1828i think C0R1 mav is only a 5 to 10% increase to C1R1 (best team melt). In CO to CO it's like 30%(melt). Doesn't matter arle will clear fast enough 5 to 10sec difference is only there
@@jithin9400 i always get somewhere around 20% damage increase at best for mavuika and most around 17% and in calculation in just take TC calculation which is normally 95k dps arle vs 105k dps mavuika which is around 10% increase also one thing in 2nd rotation arle actually have a dps very close sometime similiar sometimes higher dps than mavuika which is a nice thing i wanna add
this 2nd and 3rd rotation is usually why imo arlechhino and mavuika clear time is 3-5sec diff in mavuika favor
@@hruaiaralte1828ooh I see I see some tc calculation like tgs and jstern they were showing mav 126k and arle 105k ( tgs) and jstern 90k vs 117k melt and second rotation will increase like 9% for arle.. I think u watched calcution for the 2 melt set up before.
I like your dmg comparisions the most. You show the actual practical differences after a lot of testing instead of just punching in ideal numbers into excel.
I appreciate you talking about Arlecchino's inconsistancy issues because I see a lot of people talking about how great she is because she can switch out, without understanding how much easier and more comfortable it is to deal dmg with Mavuika thanks to her IR, bigger aoe and the ability to be healed in bennett's circle. Additionally Arle's weapon is such a huge boost to her but besides the Crit substat is worthless for every other character because it practically has no passive for them. Meanwhile A Thousand Blazing Suns is the best generalist Claymore in the game.
Also I did some math based on your results and found that generally Mavuika only loses in terms of dmg per rotation against a C1R1 Arlecchino by around 11% across all tested teams but Mavuika still wins in dps by around 11%. This is to be expected because of Arlecchino's longer dmg window, so tried calculating Arle's dmg in the same dmg window as Mavuika's by subtracting Arle's dmg after bennett's burst ran out and the result was that C0R1 Mavuika and C1R1 Arle are pretty much the same in both DPS and DPR during the same dmg window when they do 2 rotations or more (for one rotating Mavuika wins in every team)
Thank you, I meant the inconsistency more for testing. Having to make sure I have to correct bond of life while also keeping her alive and not dodging too much is really hard. Realistically you just wouldn't have these issues in game cause you would just dodge. Also at C1 Arle has the same interruption res.

The fact that it took them 4years to "powercreep" Hu tao and only 10months to powercreep arle scares me. Like this is going to be so bad for the meta and the game balance.
Mavuika is the Archon, she had to be better or there would be a massive outcry.
This isn't really a powercreep issue and more just a consequence of Arlechino releasing so close to a Archon of the same element.
I think they looked at this in terms of lore, they cant make an archon weak and if she was weaker than Arlecchino people would be mad

@ well ONLY if the team doesn’t perform normal and charged attacks, like using elemental skill or burst damage (raiden kinda works but doesn’t perform enough NAs for 50% Charge rate unless there is a natlan character, like ororon)

yep thats the thing. yes i cna hit 400k arle normal attack. but the amount of effprt to make it happen and make the 2nd and 3rd hits to hit within the same range is simply inconsistent. even with crit food buffs.
unlike with mavuika 1-2 tries and you get the optimal damage you were gunning for. even without xilonen you get to 85-90% FS without having a clunky feeling to it. and its just 7% less damage. still hitting 1.17M from 1.23 M
consistency and QOL is key thats why neuvi has always been considered better than arle.
Mavuikas crit rate just makes me like her so much more now
@@budjiibing2535 I play both on 90critrate, it's more painful if Mavuika doesn't crit, and I have more consistency with Arlecchino too since Mavuika critrate lasts 6 seconds while her burst last 7. I'm not trying to defend Arlecchino, but I have way more consistency with her because she have more flexibility, and every hit does a lot of damage(Just Mavuika melt hits does that) I'm very unlucky too, so often Mavuika burst doesn't crit, and that's so annoying.(I'm playing with 90critrate because I don't have her weapon, I ll get 100% with that in her rerun)
@@marcusvinicius917 i have mavuika at 82% 231% arle at 69.4 223.7. in my experience in 10 attempts i would get optimal damage per rotation on mavuika almost everytime and on arlecchino about half the time. its nice to get 100 crit rate on mav but not really necessary In my experience. on the rare chance I miss crit, its usually on a donut and 50/50 its on a non proc hit.
your 90% on arle is this hunter set with furina or are you at 90/180-200 ? I have her on BIS arti with 35-45 CV except goblet so theres minimal min maxing left on my arle

And regarding crit rate, people can play how they prefer, in Fontaine to me, less than 90% was unplayable, and now in Natlan, less than 100% it's even more unplayable. My point is: Mavuika does 1million if she crits, so I will do everything I can so she CAN crit. And since she already do 1million, why would I go for more crit dmg? I prefer to crit everytime. That's the mindset I got after Fontaine. It's so much better to play every char at 90 crit rate that I don't even care anymore about crit damage

I use arle Bennett yelan citlali.
Arle e, Citlali e, yelan e q, Bennett e q, citlali q then arle charged attack then na. I gave citlali sac frag so her e reset then q and e in the above rotation. I have c1 r1 arle now but even at c0 r1 I was able to hit 220000 damage. Mauvika is awesome and better. But I like arle playstyle much easier with her control and range. I will definitely pull for mauvika because she is really really versatile better dps and as a character one of the best characters in genshin impact.
I dont think Yelan + Citlali is working like you think it does. Generally Cryo + Hydro just means youre not getting reactions/worse reactions than one or the other.

Some things Arlecchino does better though is multi wave Content. Mavuika clears 2 Seconds Faster, what's the difference? Pull whoever you like more.
Now as a Biased Fatui Enjoyer i have to give some baised Points:
Arlecchino has better survivability (Skill issues if you die, like literally i haven't died once since u got her) She has an Auto Heal and 10 Pyro Particles in 3 Seconds which is great for Energy on other teammates.
Mavuika one shots the first wave and Has to Get all her Points back for Another Nuke on the Second half Boss While Arlecchino doesn't have such an issue which is also a bonus.
At C2 Arlecchino can also quite Literally One shot Most 1st Waves Like Mavuika with a propper Rotation.
Arlecchino also has better f2p Weapon Options and freedom of Building since she can use any set for decent damage while with Mavuika you are forced to farm her domain.
Arlecchino doesn't require you to Pull Citlali and Xilonen to even be Competative in Damage and Performance.
Arlecchino is cooler. (Obviously🗣️)
Overall Mavuika is only better if the enemy is a Single target Boss , and even then is is just a few seconds faster since Citlali is a tailor made melt support for Mavuika, something Arlecchino can't fully utulize.
Also Arlecchino has a similar Scaling on C6 And paired with C2 She Can 1 Shot Both Waves of the Abyss while Mavuika does one and has to farm for the other.
The difference is much smaller in the grand Picture, again Pull whoever you want more while considering the Limitations of Mavuika and if you have skill issue don't get Arlecchino.

Mavuikas charge attacks hit harder than Arlecchinos normals
You have to pull either Citlali or Xilonen, and those are some pretty busted characters I would recommend anyone to pull.
