I’ve recently started painting using the Bob Ross oil paints, but I quickly realized that oil paints are difficult to work with and clean up. I’m considering switching to acrylics, and I’m just wondering how they compare to working with oil based paints.

That is very beautiful, do you put a coat anything on top of your paintings when they are complete? I feel there must be something out there to make the acrylic paint more vibrant? I’ve noticed after I use acrylics they tend to look duller then oils. But with that said you are very talented.
You can apply acrylic varnish like Winsor & Newton Galleria to bring out the acrylic paints. I use gloss varnish after a week or so once the painting is finished.

Super stoked to see a video. Love your work and his paints are awesome so is the palette paper it last awhile. Definitely becoming a patreon. When you are blending with dry brush do you blend with sides of brush or top of brush. I have everything but your blending brushes which I will be buying I have to blending brushes that I paid alot for they are hog hair I think and I don't like thrm

Very nice painting, I really liked all your artworks... I still have problem with blending colours. They got dry very fast so I cannot blend them with a dry brush as you do.. But I still enjoy what you are doing! God bless you 🤲

The way you mix paint on the pallet is something I’ve never seen before. I really like it but because it is acrylic paint I wonder if it dries on you. I would have a problem working fast enough to keep it wet.
