i remember they managed to fly american black hawks immediately after doing simple checks . i think only few planes had glass smashed and some cables cut but thats easy fix . many of the talibans are rocket scientists and physicists and engineers literally .

Why feel bad, they went there to commit horrors on civillians themselves. Even sing songs about it on the radio.
Yup I remember one of US soldier told his story. He told he shot an Afghan girl to death just because the US soldiers at that time were so scared and paranoid and thought she had a b o mb in her bag. Only to find out afterwards that she brought them food. Many stories like that came from Afghanistan and Iraq. Some soldiers admitted to shoot civilians because their commander said they need moving target to practice. There are many videos of ex US soldiers served in Iraq & Afghanistan. I forgot what their organisation called. Those vets have severe PTSD and extreme self hate and regrets for what they did. They did slides presentations showing those horror images. Also, I still remember from a documentary about the US soldiers mass acred 2 children of a Taliban commander about 1-3 years old just to get him.
