Hey, I have a question about this, I'm quite tall(200cm or almost 6'7" and heavy 130kg or 286lbs), when I do this exercise my knees hurt and I rotate both legs 90 degree outside. It looks like I'm in duck stand. Is it ok, will I not strech some other tendons or is there anything I can replace roman bench(that's how it's called in polish, can't find proper name) with? Thank you for any answer :)
@@CitsVariants i'm not, it hurts even when I'm not moving just set myself in machine it instantly hurts. My whole body push against them, hard to explain without pictures :) also those benches are short and I'm unable to put my hips on them. Most end in 2/3 of my thighs
I want to ask if its good to do every day back extensions or Jefferson curls? Like 20 reps per day?
Don’t you think you are over arching at the top? Maybe not going deep enough at the bottom, also?

I've bought a "teeter dex 2", I am just awaiting it. Its quite different to a back extension machine
@@MultiMarathon thanks, this looks better for knees :)
@@Mareczekw30 Use your glutes and lower back not calves. that's why it hurts
