Slight pink in chicken doesn't always means undercooked. It has to do with how it was made, stewed chicken often looks a bit pink. But it shouldn't be pink it should be slightly pink almost white. It depends more on the temperature too, chicken should reach a inside temperature of 165° to be cooked done. Color doesn't always indicate doneness. Texture however and smell could easily tell you if it was made well.
That what I was going to say. Also marinating meat can effect its colour. A slight pinkish to the meat does not mean not cooked. Chicken can be cooked very quickly and does not need as long as most think
I live in London and I pay 3 times the price but it tastes good but never seen anything this price so not suprised the food is bad, deffinatly your be risking your heath at these places for that price.
You can get a huge tandoori chicken £1.50 , tarka dhal £2.50 and roti £1.00 from Hyderabad. Only down fall is the chicken is cold. But I've never had a problem eating from there. If anything the tarka or moon dhal was the best I've had. Other indian restaurant's don't put spices in there dhal. At Hyderabad you have 🌶 and spices.
Lol me undercover. I'm just sticking up for what I find is a good tasting takeaway. Honestly try it Tandoori chicken huge and tarka or moon dhal sooo tasty.. you have to warm the chicken up but I personally cannot rate this highly enough. Try it and come back to me

I can't believe they charge £6.50 for Raita...surely it should be free with biryani considering the price 😮 other places all give it free at cheaper prices.
I live in Kentucky, USA and the cheapest Chicken Biryani you'll find is $22.95 (18.11 British Pounds) and its not even as much as you got for 2.50 pounds($3.17 USD) I can't imagine how they could sell even plain rice for $3.17 USD or 2 pounds 50... here the cheapest place to get rice is a Mexican restaurant and a small like 1/4th the size of your rice you got there is $5 USD(4 pounds) wow just wow! those prices are SO CHEAP

Man, I LOVE a good biryani. I forgot the city in India I was in in the 90s but this little road side stand had the absolute best biryani I've ever had. I believe it was a chicken and lamb biryani and it was SO tasty and moist and delicious. Also had incredibly good naan freshly made (though in India it's not called naan I believe, I don't remember what it's called if it isn't, sorry!) with it. And of course, a chai tea, which I still remember drinking and being blown away. Mind you the biryani and bread and tea cost maybe - $2 US? Street food in India (though you like Mexico and a few other places you have to be careful where and what you eat) is really good though. Got to be careful with the spiciness though, because some of the curries and what not will blow your mouth away, and rip the flesh from your throat lol
30 pounds!!!!!! , omg!!!!!!!!! Thats like 3000 indian rupees, come to india, they will feed you the best biryani you would have ever eaten in just 500, or less than that , and in muslim homes they would love to feed you best biryani ever , my mom cooks the best , and you're welcome to my house ,

People need to understand if your cooking down anything with bone you may get bone that breaks away also you should be able to tell if it’s pink cause it’s under cooked or pink cause it’s over cooked people see pink and panic but it happens with thighs a lot as they let out hemoglobins which makes it pink when the bone ruptures hence why she was getting bits of bone

The slight pink on chicken doesnt always mean its undercooked. Mostly the leg pieces of chicken is sometimes pink in certain areas no matter how long you cook it for. So its fine to eat, obviously you can tell when a chicken is undercooked overly pink and squishy😅

Biryani rice is not supposed to be tasty on its own. It takes the taste from the stew. Thats the difference between it and jollof or pilau
Exactly, it's a layered rice dish,
The rice might be sella rice this is a very longer grain of rice which I personally use in biriyani and pilau dishes❤
I think it just looks like dark meat rather than pink, but I get your hesitation! Also bones are part of it, right?
What I was thinking as well!
bone definitely is a part of chicken thighs, but smaller bones are definitely harmful as they're a choking hazard.
Such small shards of bone mean the chicken was unwashed after being cut into small pieces at the machine. Such pieces come from the bone saw
If the chicken is marinated or cooked with yoghurt then the bless becomes pink..
