GBO2: Nu Gundam [HWS], Mixed Maps

HWS Nu! The More Heavily armored Nu Gundam!
HWS is a 700 Support that was added roughly two months ago. Its kit consists of a more powerful Beam Rifle, this rifle can rapid fire like Normal Nu's OR charge for a full shot, you can also charge it again for an extra increase in power. This Rifle also gains ASL, Which is very rare for MS with beams to obtain. You gain incendiary missiles that fire x2 rounds per volley for a total of 4 volleys, so that's 8 rounds total. You gain x4 grenades with decent build stun in exchange for the Missiles on the normal Nu. Your vulcans get 60 rounds just like Normal Nu, nothing changed there. Your shield is actually a buffer, like how Norn's shield is a buffer as well, you take decreased damage and stun build when its hit. You get a Beam saber that has the sweep downswing, think Stamen's downswing. You also get a support taxed Dodge roll, and you also get bio sensor at 30% HP.
The Two big changes is the funnels. Instead of doing the single fire or rapid fire like most funnels, these funnels fire a constant beam of energy for a period of time, doing good build stun while they are at it. They also fire independently from each other. So when you launch them one will target, then another, then another All in different positions to best hit the target, Their beams hit the target 4 times total as long as they are hitting some part of them, you got 6 funnels total. The Second big change is the shield. Unlike Nu's/Hi-Nu's Shield, your shield uses ammo instead of HP. With 5 "rounds" for your "ammo" slot means you can take 5 hits to the shield before it goes down, VULCANS DO NOT MELT THE SHIELD! They do not! It takes too long! Your shield also doesn't have a timer unlike the other MS with a shield. So as long as you don't take over 5 hits it wont go down... ever... Seriously this is the most broken defense we ever had, you thought kshat having Defensive guard was bad? lmao, HWS gets a perma up time shield for free. KEEP IN MIND! Melee does instantly take down the shield! So don't get cocky! It also takes 35 seconds to cool down, meaning you can use it pretty often in a match.
Overall? HWS is the new king for 700 Supports, in my opinion at least. When this suit first dropped people thought with No instant stun, It would be Mid to trash. But opinions quickly changed when they realized that it has good build stun, good DPS, and a broken defense that only melee can break easily. Its very annoying to fight as any suit cause you have to exhaust your resources to break its shield. Only Stein, Varguil level 2, FF Nu, Norn, and Nu/Hi-Nu with BR, can really deal with its shield, and be fine for the most part. The other 700 raids/MS struggle, especially Banshee, which really REALLY lacks in the range game. Its so good you see it at arctic base WAY more often then supports should be at. I like it, Its very fun to play, but by god nerf its shield its too oppressive...
In match 1 I was in a group with clan mates, I honestly didn't think i did that well as i kept missing my heavy shots. But to my surprise I got 192K. IF I HIT THEM I COULD OF GOTTEN 200K!! Once again cucked out of the 200K... Damn my aim is mid... the second fight was very fun, I didn't die once lol. there was also an enemy Doven that I CHUNKED for free damage, he couldn't do anything to me. It helped that my team kept the Varguil off of me. Letting me do what i want when i wanted. when your Bio sensor kicks in you move fast, as fast as a general in this suit... that's wild lol.

This is one of the suits where it can dishes out tons of damage in a short period of time and can melt Gens in 1 go or leave them crippled, honestly in a lot of matches even if you misses the heavy shots but with just the BR and missiles alone its already tons of damage

The real question is how fast do you think it can nuke a FA Unicorn? :) I think the potential to do so is fairly up there, but we won't know the answer until it's live.

I'm more curious on what buffers it has. With a suit that big it's for sure to have a lot of resistances somewhere
