Back then, the writers of Sesame Street were smart and portrayed the adults acting as adults. I think this was because parents would often watch this show with their children and while they were watching it, it would make the show more relatable. At the same time, it might help the kids watching better understand why their parents act the way they do.
I like that Susan made breakfast after Gordon fell asleep, especially since she was originally worried he wasn't gonna wake up. I guess, like she said, she knew he needed some sleep. It just shows that she cares about him enough to let him get the sleep he needs even though he's the one who had the idea to wake up early in the first place!
I wish characters like Gordeon, Susan, and Maria were still on Sesame street today. I also miss Bob and Luis but I know their actors sadly passed on. and I miss Gina, Gabi, and Miles. I'm happy that Alan is still on the show
My dad is always up at 5AM, he is an early riser, he goes to the gym every morning at 5:30, he comes home to make protein shakes, take a shower and load the dishwasher before he gets ready for work. He leaves the house for work between 8-9AM, he leaves me home when I’m asleep and he goes grocery shopping on the way home once a week
