I live and work in Augusta and if I stay I will only purchase in the Evans are or in the Aiken, SC area. I just don’t see the value or pride in the properties, no move to modernize the neighborhoods or businesses which is sad being that the city is seeing an increase in residents relocating here for work and retirement. Can we get some tours in the other surrounding areas?
