Those 2 chords that come up at 02:15 are one of the best things that happened in music. It also probably has something to do with that beautiful string synth
So what you are hearing is the same chord alternating between its minor7 and Major7 format. MInor7 chords, or minor chords in general, usually evoke a melancholic or "sad" vibe whereas Major7 chords project that timeless atmospheric vibe that can either be interpreted as uplifting or melancholic.
@@alphacentauri8083 well, yes, I know the difference between minor and major chords. What I meant is that certain chord combinations are just on another level, even the simplest ones.
@@tedHaun True, especially when you deploy a pedal tone construct by having a bass note drone on with a static note with the chords moving about. The coda during Black Cow by Steely Dan has that effect with a maj7 chords moving a whole step down with the same bass note. It adds a sexy, dreamy vibe.
I have no more words to describe Lone's music anymore. It's a word that hasn't been thought of yet, that's how I don't know the word to describe this track is! 😁
Just recently started my spiritual awakening. And this is a perfect soundtrack for this moment in my life. Thank you Lone. You can definitely sense a lot of ethereal energy here. beautiful, just beautiful.
The first time I heard this song I was sitting on the beach near dusk. My imagination began running wild, hearing the haunting vocals and ethereal background music. Watching the waves and the cumulus clouds in the distance, as if the vocals were speeding across the hemisphere. And then I began crying. It was almost too much to process in the moment. This is such an amazing album and such a departure (in a great way) from Ecstasy and Friends, another favorite.
This song is too deep for this world. The frequencies here are deeply healing, and centering: Meditative quality. Gratitude
were coming up on 3 decades of amazing music from you mate... cant imagine life without your music
this ^^^^
Lone is completely underrated
Mat I love your brain, seriously. Excellent album and track.
This track basically shrank me back to a foetus

@@alphacentauri8083 I'll be sure to check it out!
I know, right? I already knew this music was special, but that's when I knew it was extra special.
This feels like the other side of the coin to Lone's previous work, 'Stuck'.
Can't believe you haven't blown up, your music is awesome. Been listening to you for years and always look forward to new stuff you put out.
we don't want him to "blow up"

Fav track on the album I reckon
evocative of the “trip hop” era
This sound is so trascendent kind of gives me pseudo silent hill vibes during the middle

The embodiment of peace and calm in the form of music.
Outstanding,
MASTERPIECE
Lone is love, lone is life 💖💖💖
This song reminds me of a moth's never-ending quest for Lamp -- never quite able to truly touch the surface of limitless ecstasy
Wow. Just wow.

lush as fuck
undaunted... in Spain it´s said like "impertérrito". An ancient latin word that´s means a person who is difficult to fright
Usually someone with antisocial personality disorder, also known as a psychopath.
Reminiscent of Morcheeba. Nice.
This track seems like it would mix well with Sewerslvt-Jvnko Loves you
This song is inspired by Orbital - Halcyon On and On ?
So calm I could fall asleep while driving my car and cause a huge traffic accident
Careful!
