I really like Wackxxy, but Diablo’s round was so impressive that almost every judge in the world would have voted for them. He got 100 out of 100 points in his round and this is enough to beat 4 rounds of them. Everything was on point… 🔥 the vibe, musicality, and interpretation were perfect without too much acrobatics. All the little details synced with the music, making it looked suuper easy and so smooth. The clip of the round went viral btw because a lot of dancers reposted it, saying it’s the best round they’ve seen in a hip hop battle in 2024. Totally a clean and flawless round

Diablo & Stalamuerte were the 1st winner in Juste Debout HipHop Side 2018 and the music luckily stood by their side. It is said that Yoonji and Waackxxy will be battle guests in the 2025 TCDL as well, hope we can see these two girls next year!🙌🙌

These judges are the worst💀 Waackxxxy and yoonji won those 3 rounds💀💀
as someone who's been watching them for years (and the judges likely have too), some of their freestyling just gets dull 'cause they do the same things a lot. Like, if Waackxxxy gives you anything, it's gonna be a leg kick, rolling on the floor, shoulder and chest isolations, and spinning her leg while she's waacking. The freestyling gets a little less impressive when all your battles start to look the same. Yoon Ji's freestyles are definitely more versatile as she started exhibiting a more energetic style in, like, 2019 as opposed to Waackxxxy who's always done it.
While Waackxxxy has obviously improved over the years, I like watching her 2017 and 2018 battles, like Fusion Concept 2017. She's less refined, but she looks like she's actually dancing to the music instead of doing stunts.
@@marcusjones6098 Sorry but I dont see how that's supposed to be a problem? Dude literally YOU have been watching them for years. If you watched many of hiphop, popping, tutting, etc dancers the same way you did them, youd also see that alot of these freestylers use the same style, moves, specialties etc. It's all based on how you used them on the music.

@@ruthlessslyer1254 Yeah, fair. Watching these rounds though, I can see a world where they didn't win. I'd say both teams had pretty on-par combos with one another, but I think S&D's solos were better.

I was at spot crowds were literally shouting for the girls😂, but due to poor reception, few cheers could be heard during live boardcast. Yoonji and Waackxxy got a huge fan base in CN after attending Street Women Fighter2 tho.

Besides, we all know yoonji and waackxxy are all cute and accessible when not in battle mode cause they have launched many workshops in China. SWF is just a show that sometimes cheekily exaggerates and distorts something to boost viewship.

I can’t comment on such funny bots🤣 in 2024 they still think that a one-sided wacking with 2 movements can at least contrast something with hip-hop titans and world champions. Hip-hop is the most ideal style for such battles, as it combines EVERYTHING: from basics to signature personal movements
And that's why you are UNQUALIFIED to speak about OPENSTYLE battles. You NEVER compare technical moves especially if it's two different styles competing. In street dance it's called RESPECT. The judges (ideally) should be looking at the MUSICALITY- meaning, a simple move hitting everything can win against a tornado move hitting nothing. Education.
@@ZeePark21 nothing like this. What kind of musicality are you talking about if it is not spectacular and monotonous? If you perform in all styles and are not able to play the music, then why participate at all? The judges rated it the same way. Speak for yourself✊

This is one of those battles where you OBVIOUSLY see who won. Waackxxxy and Yoonji ate them. Battles should start making judges COMMENTS so we can know their thought processes 'cause this one is surprising. Waackxxxy ate her round with those killing beat moves, and Yoonji owned that disco music with her hoops (maintaining hoops while killing the percussion with her waacks require crazy concentration to the music).
a lot of the judges are hiphop dancers so they probably have different criteria/bit biased, both teams felt like they did not know what was going awn tbh. dancing is not justs abt killing the beat, wackx and yoonji were in battle mode while stala and diablo were more vibing

2 on 2 and the only duo thing they did was moving a head, well even though i should be respecting judges rational arguments i think being 2 people need to have some kind of routine toguether not doing one round one, do the head thingy and then the other dude, if is that so maybe they should be going to 1v1s better cuz is all they did
