2023 06 11 Arrest for having a dog in a wealthy American park

I am a disabled member of the community located in Sparks, Nevada. I was arrested for having a service animal in training in the public park. The Park Ranger radioed in a code 1078 having the entire patrolling police force in the city of Sparks responded with lights and sirens, believing there was a physical attack taking place or an imminent threat of violence.
