I really love how he finds a way to not outright insulting people (usually), Like he just talks to them like a person and then gives them an awesome experience. I'm glad these keep showing up.
Nothing beats the clip of him sitting in the backseat with some young dude and asks him a simple math question (addition I think) and then he's like "man what even would that be?!?" You know Tosh made fun of people but he was never really out to hurt them. He restrained himself and kept it above the belt. I'd bet he's actually a nice guy in his day to day life.

There is a distinct dialect from the NE US. Listen to JFK talk or even character Peter Griffin. The same as a majority of folks have 'southern drawls' from the south and the stereotypical beach bum surfer dialect from Cali. There is an accent. Fact.
