- The Doom Slayer slaughters his way through the Argent Facility to disable the energy filters and shut down the Argent Tower in order to prevent Olivia from opening another gateway for the hell army to break through . As always , have fun watching peeps .

Fucking awesome, I like how you dodge the enemy attacks and finish the level without suffering virtually no damage in this game as it is extremely frenetic it is amazing and very hard to do, I also liked the part where you 7:27 shows all its impressive precision.

is it just me or is the double barrel just a level above every other weapon in the game in terms of satisfaction? always the case with these shoot the monster/zombie games.

Finally fast weapon switching unlocked , makes shit more interesting of course . Anyway , obviously the next doom video is here so hopefully you peeps are enjoying it .
I already said i like doom but i also already said that some parts of it make me loose my mind . Feels hard for me to say considering we are speaking about ID Software . The ones responsible for masterpieces like quake 3 arena . A game which felt smooth as silk in pretty much every aspect , of course including the movement . And that's where the new doom often completely fucks up . The overall feel of the movement isn't mine but i can get used to it and forget about it but the amount of shit you get stuck at or collide with in this game , holy fuck . Who the hell at ID test plays this game and isn't bothered about that shit . A door opens ( and is actually opened ) , you start to run , and it's like you run against a closed door , you simply can't run through it unless you step back or start to jump . And no , this doesn't happen one or two times . In some levels ( foundry for example ) it's extremely horrible and annoying as fuck . You get stuck on stairs , on ramps and on like every second tiny little fucking edge on the ground . You see it a couple of times in this video if you pay close attention . Like on the end when i walk into the airlock after picking up the "usb stick" . Out of nowhere i get a momentum stop and slight bounce only because there was a tiny fucking poorly placed edge on the ground i collided with . And don't think you can run around it ( unless you want to make yourself look completely retarded ) ....... The momentum break get's triggered by tiny little mouse movements or sometimes if your angle is not 100 % centered . It's really strange , sometimes even stafing causes it . You may want to pay attention when i run through doors sometimes how i again get a slight momentum stop since there are tiny edges again which i collide with . And there are so many other things which are ridiculously broken in that game . I won't even start to talk about all that shit or i may end up in breaking my fingers from typing all that horseshit down . In all honesty , for the time that game was in development , ID should came up with something smoother then this . You got to understand me , ID Software , Doom , Quake , these are some of my roots , where all that shit started for me . ID , that's where the great shooters came from . But now they seem to have just lowered their standards to the others . Call me sad for complaining about things like that but back in the days i didn't get stuck from a few pixels on the floor .....

I play this game on ps4 and I rarely notice those problems, but still get a few bugs like when I use the chainsaw or glory kills I sometimes merge with a wall or even the ground. I also died once, but the checkpoint was ages back, and one of the switches that I switched before I died was still switched even after I died and had to restart the mission to fix it.

Rowan Betts i believe you right away that you don't have these issues i described on your ps4 because after all that's what the new doom is , a fucking console game . And yeah , that checkpoint system is laughable as fuck . It got to be one of the worst shit ever . I don't get why in a linear game like this there is no proper save / quicksave funktion . Oh wait i forgot , it's a console game .....

Knows exactly where to go, when and where every demon spawns, the fastest routs for every single collectible on the map, does so flawlessly..never ever flinches in a wrong way..and he also does all this with style..gives you the impression that what we see manifesting is really the Doom Slayer in action and not an actual person playing witch is amazing..also his aim is fucking incredible. The perfect speed run completing all tasks, finding all secrets, killing every demon in the fastest possible way..it is astounding. Can I ask you just this..? Can all this be done by say..someone who uses a sensitivity of 360 degrees on the entire pad..a perfect 360 from one end to the other ( and to be more precise the pad has a width of 460 mm and 400 depth)

There are always drawbacks and positives with certain sensitivity settings. I can't tell you what would work for anyone, or you. One, or you, need to figure out what works best for him alone as i've said before. That's the only way.
I absolutely loved the part where you waited for the drone to fly to you; such an adorable moment in middle of the mayhem you wreck around the bottomless pits of hell.
Meanwhile I'm lucky to beat it on ultraviolence...

Nightmare mode however is when you REALLY start feeling like a badass. It’s way too much fun
My dad who played Doom from 1993 cant beat the "Im too Young to die" difficulty. While i play on it just to enjoy the game whitout screaming of fear after an imp jump into my face

You said the movement feels not so smooth and right but you make it look like it! I liked the kinda rare use of the melee finisher, it makes them more special.
Also the fast weapon switch is sick.

The movement overall is smooth but it's just the level design so to speak which fucks it up completely . You can't use the glory kills like every time an enemy is blinking up in big fights unless you wan't to completely fuck up your momentum and you wan't to get hit like shit . About the next upload , we will see . Unfortunately not Dishonored tho if you wanted to know that . Just need to plan out the second map of the final mission and i can start running it . Which should be happening in the next weeks .
Ah ok my mistake, I thought the movement as well. Is it possible to get hit while doing a glory kill? Its more entertaining without being on a constant glory kill streak so thats fine :)
to be honest it wasn´t even about dishonored in general. I am always kinda hyped if there is a new video, even tomb raider :v sounds cool!

If i am not mistaken you can get hit during glory kills . However it's more like that you break your momentum to much . Like when 20 demons dancing all around you it's not very advantageous to do a glory kill in the middle of them . You very likely loose track of shit .

Increase the difficulty. You'd run out of ammo often and would be forced to use other weapons.
