Was it just one tensioner pulley? I don't know how many pulleys go bad. Also, when you changed your radiator, did you put in a steel crossmember? Is Mishimoto radiator the way to go?
Yes, it was just the tensioner pulley. I do not have the upgraded Mishimoto upper radiator support i'm still running the factory one. Mishimoto is the way to go but obviously every radiator has its limits. The people who have radiator problems off road and twist the truck in most cases.
Luckily that thump you might hear is an exhaust leak. I heard it to and died inside when I did. I did some more digging ( I used one of those automotive stethoscopes which are awesome) and it was coming from the exhaust manifold not the intake. Thank goodness! So that will hopefully be fixed shortly.
Sorry buddy you got yourself the worst motor ever put in a ford truck..,....6.0 had issues due to emissions controls which can be fixed and will them match a 7.3 but nothing can be done to make the throw away 6.4 last anywhere near the miles a 6.0 can run.
I love your videos, make more
Always upgrade, don't just replace parts!
Informative

High pitch every time on the tensioner
When you can hear a "thump" sound coming through the air intake then it's damn near broke, and pray it's a push rod or a rocker.
