- Upcoming artist Spiffie Luciano sat down for a full-length interview with VladTV, where he shared his relationship with Boosie, signing with him, and he also opened up about his tough childhood, growing up in Crenshaw with many siblings, and losing his father at an early age. He explained how he received the dreadful news of his father's death when he was 12 and how it impacted his life. His father was killed in a hit arranged by a woman he trusted and was then heinously murdered by two young boys on bikes. The death of his father not only created an irreplaceable void in Luciano's life, but also caused a permanent disruption in his family's unity. The man responsible for the demise of Luciano's dad was recently released from prison after serving a 14-year sentence, a fact that continues to cause heartache for Luciano and his family.
You can tell the death of his dad still painful. He couldn’t hide it if he tried. This reminds me that Boosie was on Nip’s Bullets Vol 1 mixtape. Years later, he’s putting his name out there with Spiff. I hope Spiff’s career and lyrics can evolve like Nip’s and be just as successful and meaningful.
