Seeing all the differences, I might just go with the CT-X3000. It's enough and I don't really need large speakers and microphone input. Speaking of output jack, I'm fine with just a Phones jack At least it has the same amount of available sounds and rhythms. Good job Casio for not reducing the presets on lower-but-similar models, unlike any other brands
I'm Indian. In India, we have the CT-X9000IN, which is the Indian sibling to the CT-X5000. I know tthat nobody cares but still glad t see same specs (except for the additional Indian tones and rythms)
I care.Even though I live in Singapore, I play Indian music, on my older keyboards, even without Indian rhythms. Casio should sell their CT-X9000IN in Singapore. There are many Indians who will buy that fantastic model! I have ordered mine, from Casio Singapore HQ & will receive my set, on this coming 20th of February. Totally excited, about it. Kudos to the CASIO Development team!!
Hi, everyone in Casio. Please, make the extended keyboard versions as soon as possible. I started at a CTK-650 and recently owned both WK-7500 and WK-6600, and an amazing Privia PX-3. Now waiting for a 76/88(!) semi-weihgted keys keyboard with Privia piano sounds. I would like 88 keys with no full weighted hammer action. I just can't play more than 15 minutes on a weighted without getting some pain in arms and some fingers... Thanks a lot for your work. Specially for making amazing instruments still affordable. This changes the world and makes it better! Best from Brazil's fans.
Have just become the proud owner of the CT-X5000, and am only just beginning to dive into its deep deep features. But first impressions are most positive indeed. Amazing tones, rhythms and sound recording/editing features, etc, etc, etc. This CASIO flagship keyboard will be a mighty fine companion to my CASIO Grand Hybrid GP-500 flagship digital piano - another splendid addition to my keyboard arsenal (I also have the older WK-500). And thanks Mike, (from a UK keyboarder) for your splendid reviews, unboxings and tutorials - all are excellent (and have clearly convinced me!). You really can't get a better bang for your music-making buck than CASIO!!! :-)
Thanks Mike for explaining the differences, I think the CT-X5000 is going to be my next Casio gear besides my PX-5S and MZ-X300;-) really loving all the features and great sounds Casio provides. BTW is there any planned upgrade of the PX-5S or 560 (with sliders like the PX-5S) with the new AiX sound engine, that would be totally amazing! Quieter keys would round everything up. There are lots of people out there waiting for these upgrades so Casio pleease hear our cry 😊
I bought one of the CTX5000 boards a few years ago. It had some really good sounds in it. Even the grand piano was pretty identical to the one on a Juno DS. I sold it after about a year because I became annoyed with it's menu design and for some reason would not display patch changes when sent from my controller or PC. Overall still a good board for the price.🤔🎶🎹🎶Play On
The CTX-3000/5000 & 9000IN series, for the India market, is destined to bring CASIO EMI, up to the same level, as KORG,YAMAHA & ROLAND!!! I hv owned all of them, for the past 30yrs!
@Casio Music Gear, I've done some research and have decided instead of the ctx700 I'm going with the ctx3000 and was wondering does the 3000 have the feature in settings where if you turn it off it will retain all the settings you left off with before or is that exclusive on the 5,000?
I want to buy Casio keyboard, can you suggest what is the difference between CTX 9000 and CTX 5000, and CTX 8000 and CTX 3000 so which I can buy please suggest and which have best features
ruclips.net/video/DEtBrtGvezg/видео.html I created this video using copy and paste hidden function it will be usefull to create intro, ending, and all the variations 1, 2, 3, 4 with fill in
Not a bitcrusher specifically but the distortion, distortion compression combos not to mention nearly 100 amplifier simulators plugs ring modulators and more will definitely take you into some wild territories. We still make MINI keyboards, the SA series sell very well.
Casio Music Gear Thanks. I'll try that at a store. I think your current SA keyboards have the best sounds of all modern mini keyboards; however, I like to see models with new sounds as well as a revival of vintage Casiotones with lofi synth sounds and samples. Take a look at MT-65, CT-370, SA-20, and even VL-1 for example
Can the sound perimeters be edited on the CT-X3000 (similar to CTK models)? Also, will the output running from the CT-X3000's headphone jack to an amplifier sound identical to the CT-X5000's L (mono) jack in the same hookup? Thanks -
1:53 Your claim that the modulation knob on the CTX 5000 controls the speed of the rotary speaker is nowhere supported by any video. Are you sure about what you are saying or is that just your logic? It is not enough to state something based on some logical expectation, you also have to make sure of it. Post a video that proves your claim. And put your link here.

I have a question, Casio CTX 3000 only work with batterys or have a direct connection to the electricity?
It works with both battery and adapter
Can I record a vocal on 1 or more tracks with the effects on the CT-X5000?
When will these be available in India ? Are they available in any neighbouring country currently !
Do either of these brilliant keyboards offer Mellotron strings, or choir patches?
Are you able to see the chords and notes as played in any mode other than Accompaniment?
Will a guitar or bass work with the mic input?
If i used android Huawei p20 to installed style in this CT-X3000 is it can or not? Like example Sumazau style from sabahan rythym can or not?

Do you know how to make the chords appear when you are playing the keyboard?

Do they have a bitcrusher? If not, that's a shame. Will you make more mini keyboards?
