There's no custom react button when I'm using my personal Facebook account. However, I can use this feature when using a different account. Why and how do I fix it?

I got this customize reaction before and one time naghang lang messenger ko habang may ka vc, then napansin ko na bumalik sa old reactions lahat walang ibang emoji🥺👉🏻👈🏻 then pagkatingin ko now need daw iupdate, pagkaupdate ko yung sync ng messenger and ig lumabas na pede na daw but yung reactions ko dina nabalik☹️ ginawa ko lahat sa vids mo pero ayaw talaga bumalik ih🥺
Nung last last week po yata mga ios user yung nakakaaccess po. Pero nung may update na rin po sa android, nawala po yung sa ios. Just wait for the next update po

Ganon rin sakin dati kaso meron na ngayon sguro try mo iconnect yang acc mo sa new cp or sa ibang cp na updated rin
Pero bigla nalang rin nagkaroon akin

try making new account then log into messenger, updated po ah, chat kayo then sa bubble, try new ireact 😄🙏

Click mo po yung + and Yung customize po sa upper right. Then yap mo yung emoji na papalitan mo. Hope it helps
