  • Turn on the television and the bad news is endless, from wars in the Middle East to racism, ecological crisis and random acts of violence. How to help heal the world? Connecting via Zoom from Australia and Japan on a Wednesday afternoon, Valerie Weyland & Christopher Chase share their views, exploring the importance of being the love (and peace) we want to see in the world, in order to help ourselves (and others) heal from life's difficulties and traumas.
Both Christopher and Valerie are part of the Regenerative Consciousness Community on Facebook: / 920150431523616

To heal the world we each must do the work to find our personal truth. So much of what we believe is based on what we are told to believe and not really based on our own experiences and we just don't see it until we are forced to see it. We have also grown to act and react based on our own understanding of this information. See why you act/react the way you do to life and do the work to see yourself in your own life and begin to break old habits and thought patterns that really are not serving you anyway and get better information that guides you toward healing. It shocked me to see how much we think in lack and limits. They are drilled into us from all directions until we see it and choose to live consciously no matter what choices we make.

Hi Abigail 👋 I hope my comment didn't sound as a form of privacy invasion your comment tells of a wonderful woman with a beautiful heart which led me to comment I don't normally write in the comment section but I think you deserve this complement. If you don’t mind can we be friends? Thanks God bless you….
