Joe has earned everything he has. I don't watch a lot of MMA but I have listened to quite a bit of his podcast. The diversity in the kinds of guests he gets on his show and the range of topics he covers is truly impressive. Even more impressive than the range of topics and the diversity of guests is how knowledgable Rogan almost always seems to be on the topics discussed. He clearly preps himself well for the guests he has on which makes the diversity of guests and range of subjects even more impressive. Joe Rogan's podcast has brought back the true long form conversation which is the only true way you can really learn and is a form of discussion that cable TV news all but killed over the last 35 years or so. Joe Rogan has given people what many of us have been craving in media for so long and mainstream media could have easily provided but failed to do and/or refused to do which is provide people with honest and informative and interesting information and discussion of information with people who really know what they are talking about for the most part. It's a simple concept that mainstream media has failed to deliver upon for a long time and Joe Rogan just gave us an alternative to MSM better than anyone else.
What a great comment! I listen to his podcast and his mma commentary. Crazy to think how his first ufc stint was in 1997. He sure built his entire empire from the ground up.
@theluxurychaser lol... I absolutely HATE reality TV. When I first heard of a former reality TV guy doing a podcast, I thought "Yeah Right!". I don't agree with him on some things, but that's alright, we don't have to see eye to eye with anyone on all things. But his podcast is great.
