Lyrics:
It’s an unfamiliar landscape but it feels like home
The sun is breaking through, I’m feeling less alone
On to the land of greener grass
We’ll be there before you know
On to the towns where the names are new
Going down the road
Roundabout after roundabout
One crossroads to the next
Let’s just stop and enjoy the view
We’ll never be here again
Where do we go from here?
Where do we go from here?
We can bike the whole world over
So where do we go from here? (Go from here)
Ooh
It’s an unfamiliar landscape, but it feels so good
The sun is breaking through, just like I knew it would
On to the land of greener grass
Finding where I belong
On to the town where they know your name
They won’t lead you wrong
Roundabout after roundabout
One crossroads to the next
Let’s just stop and enjoy the view
We’ll never be here again
Where do we go from here?
Where do we go from here?
We can bike the whole world over
So where do we go from here? (Go from here)
Ooh
Ooh
We can bike the world over
It’s for us to decide
We can make our own choices
Come along for the ride
Roundabout after roundabout
One crossroads to the next
Where do we go from here?
Where do we go from here?
We can bike the whole world over
So where do we go from here? (Go from here)

Yes, it's a cover of my own original song! This special lofi version of Where Do We Go From Here is a nod to the environmental activism of my Patron Tim Oey of ZeroW.org. Can you spot the hints of "industrial vs. natural" in the video?
Is this song originally written by you? 😮
That big industrial ship in the ocean vs everything else 😁👍👍
Seeing a fence, ship and factory in a single video, I got the feeling that they devliver meaning :) And of course the big road
@@PvaeerenerAs she wrote: „it‘s a cover of my own original song“ 😉
I like your bike,I like your checkered board pants,, give them to me so I can see who the gift-giver is?
that will be the answers where we go from here, back where we came from,,
Love the bike. Thanks Tim Oey for requesting this and for all your work for a better better place and planet to live in. ¡¡
Arriba la bicicleta!!
We can request remakes? Oh man, we totally need an all-kazoo version of her whole album.
Omg
I’d like to submit my resignation 😂
I agree. Team Anne Reburn Kazoo.
Make a kazoo version :') yes! Next one on the bagpipes please.
@@nialldunsmore8336formally Rejected :)
Thanks!
great video ... that super 8 touch of the 70s,
It's almost like watching the holiday films of my childhood.
This is real and original talent, something that we actually do not see very often nowadays. Incredible music.
Ooh I love the avant-garde film aesthetic! This is so everything ❤️✊🙏☀️
Thank you so much, thanks for watching! ❤️
Very much so.
I recently saw the movie Asteroid City. This is the same visual style - and it's fantastic!
There's a lot in here to invoke happiness: the song, the style and feel of this reboot , the message, the friendly gesture to Tim! Ah well, I'm just a sucker for positive things...
Oh, and lets not forget to include BIKING in the list!
Anne has so much talent. It’s amazing!
The "Main Road" sign in the final shots without emphasis enhances the action... Fine
Beautiful, and as someone who takes a bike or walks to work, I can support this.
V nice. Fun!
Thank you for a wonderful sunny musical time at the beach!
This could never get old!
Beautiful
HAUNTING AND BEAUTIFUL, ANNE...BOTH THE PERFORMANCE...AND YOU! THANK YOU!
So original and fun! Our host has the voice and the beauty and creativity, but mostly she has that intangible that is STAR power.
LOVELY! Thanks!!
Very summery!
Anne, another great video and song! It brought back fond memories of my youth--I biked that path may times and spent most of my summer vacations on the beaches around there. Wishing I was visiting there now! The heat and humidity of ATL are not fun.
I love this bike path because it's almost completely flat and you always get a nice breeze. The view ain't half bad either!
Beautiful 👌 Nice idea to make a bike version 👍😊 Well done 👏👏👏
lovely !
Anne, I love and appreciate your work. So good, natural and refreshing. You are often an inspiration for my saxophone playing. ❤ Thank You!
It's, like, ANNEception?
Christopher Nolan would be proud.
awesome
Bonita canción.
You are so shiny so sunny
Love your style, love you voice. Pure beaity.
Excellent, such a lovely song and you are a beautiful singer, thank you!
My guess was "Country Road take me home..." 💕
Amazing song, well done!
Grand 🤩🤩🤩
😍😍
I love it, it feels modern and unique. Good work! 👍
❤❤❤
I bought one of those kalimbas (same model) during the Covid lockdown!
Such a delight to listen to.
😁👍👍 Where do we go from here❔🚴🏼♀️🚴🏼♀️🚴🏼♀️
Великолепная песня! Классная песня! Мне понравилось! Круто Круто!!!
Wonderful, I love it, inspired me to explore my own nearby bike trail. Thanks Anne!
Very Lovely! Thanks a much for your Music.
A stylish pink bicycle.
I bike almost every day, but not to get anywhere, for exercise and enjoy the view of the bay. Love the yellow dress (not too practical for biking though 😉 )
this is beautiful
Voz suave, linda...te amo ❤
Великолепно! Красивая песня! Классный клип! Мне нравится! Классное видео получилось! Круто Круто!!!😊
Anne,
I just re-watched a movie from 1991 that I think you'd really like. I can't recall you singing any songs similar to the ones in the movie but I'm sure you appreciate what the band goes through trying to make in the music biz.
The Commitments ~ The genre of the music has been called "Blue-Eyed Soul".
Where was that shot? It looks like a beach between El Segundo and Manhattan beach in Los Angeles, California.
Exactly!
It's a small world. I suggested some possible video locations to Anne but she chose this one on her own and I did not know where it was until I saw the video. On March 2nd, 2019 I bicycled down the bike trail featured in the video on my bicycling business trip thru Manhattan Beach and across the US. I gave a presentation about Oceans, Plastic, Climate Change, and Kids at the Roundhouse Aquarium just south of Lifeguard Tower 45 seen in the background of the video.
It is amazing how everything is connected, roundabout after roundabout, one crossroads to the next. I did stop on that beach to enjoy the view even though it was a cold and rainy morning. I was very happy that afternoon when the sun broke through, just like I knew it would, after having lunch with a college friend in San Pedro.
Yes. Looks like near where I live, a little south of LAX. Today, a beautiful sunny afternoon at the beach.
Yes, pretty close to Dockweiler beach.
🥰💯
Always interesting and innovative music! Love the video 💕💕💕
Wow, that's pretty.
Love you 💗💗 Anna
Muito bom
You just reminded me why I love your songs and vids. Thanks
Very good! 👏👏👏
Great song, brilliant video, and love the kalimba!
I don't think I've used the kalimba since my cover of Somebody That I Used to Know!
As I am a hardcore beach bum, I like this video because of the beach background
I love you Voice...from Brazil, city RJ
Bievenida al Brazil
So sweet, kisses and respekt from Germany!
Almost Wes Anderson look. Beautiful work
Excellent song, enjoyed how this was shot. :)
Nice song. And outdoor..not in studio
Very Anne-like still though. You always keep that little bit of quirkiness that is you. Very sweet. Thanks
Анна, вы очень симпатичная и талантливая девушка. С большим удовольствием слежу за вашим творчеством. In English: Anne, you are very beautiful and talented lady. I enjoy following your work. Thanks for your creativity.
Anne tienes una voz maravillosa, te mando un beso 😘.
👍🙂
Love the 60's - 70's vibe. Really nice work!
За байк сразу лайк.
wow that looks like footage from the 90s oder 70s...❤😊
it looks like the El Segundo power plant beach area so that ties into the environmental theme too maybe?
Interesting.
❤️ the remake AND the ideas behind it. But with that said, PLEASE tell me you wore sunscreen!
Apart from that, MORE KAZOO!!(😂😂👍)
not bad... 👍
Love you ANNA (my mother name) Remember
this song:
Why don't you come to my nation, Denmark 🇩🇰, Anne ? - you can ride a bicycle everywhere. Children are literally born with a bicycle between their legs, doctors are concerned, when it is missing 😁. Part of integration of some foreigners (moslem women, especially) is learning how to ride a bicycles because it is a part of Danish traffic culture. Yes, there are courses on that ... We have electric bicycles, Christiania bicycles, Donkey republic rental bicycles, all sorts of bicycles ... And very soon our amazing professional rider Jonas Vingegaard from my old hometown municipality, Skive (Glyngøre), will hopefully win the Tour the France for the second time in a row. It would be so cool, if you could do a video together with him, but you would really have to be in good shape to keep up with Jonas 😉
Don't know why I was expecting to hear the song from Buffy.
Thank you Anne for this new song rendition and sweet video! It is simple, gentle, minimalist, and flowing just like bicycling. It is a particularly good match for bicycle touring which is my favorite activity (while listening to your music) because I get to see the world up close and personal in a low impact way and eat lots of great local food :-)
Bicycling has so many benefits -- saving lives, reducing pollution, reducing climate change, saving money, improving physical and mental health, getting closer to nature, reducing resource consumption, meeting people in a friendly way, and having fun -- all while getting you to where you need to go.
BTW, that big ship behind you at in your video looks like an oil tanker -- a great juxtaposition as we need to stop our fuelish ways!
Thanks again Anne for all the music and joy you bring to our world.
Thanks so much Tim, and thanks for your support! I'm happy to bring awareness to this cause with a video, and I hope anyone reading this will check out your website!
John Benavides: Love you performance baby
I will have troubles finding her in all that. Said beautiful, beautiful dress, though.❤
❤Jesus te ama ❤
The bike you're riding is an industrial product, not sure about the ukulele, that's probably craftsmanship.
A pertinent question this video raises is,if flying bikes become available(for long distance traveling),how safe would an 'overcrowded' sky be?
P.S Ukuleles remind me of balalaikas.
I was really wondering how you were going to handle that bike in the long dress...
What's flying in front of the camera right before the transition at 0:29?
A biker!
liebe dich🤩
I don’t mean to be rude but how small is Anne? I remember once that she small of stature, it’s just that the bicycle seams large comparatively. Either way I find her absolutely adorable regardless of her size, beautiful song!!!!!
The sparse instrumentation suits the the song real good unlike other artists’ overproduced music.
Pro tip (photographer here): For best results when shooting outside, shoot on a cloudy day (no sun) or within a couple hours of sunset (or sunrise). I know that can be difficult when trying to shoot multiple Annes, but I was compelled to comment; forgive me!
Anne, please get someone to adjust your bicycle correctly to fit you, the way you have it will cause it to damage your face by banging your knees on it,ouch!
If North Yorkshire isn't out of your way I'll be happy to do it for you.
Directed by Wes Anderson
There is something different about you. can't quite put my finger on it yet. But it is peaceful.
It's better at 1.5x playback speed.
🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷👏👏👏👏🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷😍
En un vídeo, tal vez, de tus primeros decís que los hispanos parlantes no entendemos tus canciones en tu idioma Inglés. Si, tenías razón, YO NO TE ENTIENDO. igual me gusta la música es un idioma universal.
Your bike needs a skirt guard so you can wear the long dress as you travel.
Meanwhile, what is that thumb-operated musical instrument called?
That's called a Kalimba! Lovely wee instrument
The yellow dress looks lovely, but I'm not sure it would be practical for bike riding.
This goes well with banana curry pineapple pizza
Peace Love RFS Israel *. Cool
