Came for the question of starch on silk, stayed for the cameraoperator and the talkative parrot 😆
I’m watching because I’m considering starching silk prior to construction
The advice is to let any spray starch soak in for one minute to penetrate the fabric.
eileenfb1948 thank you! I will try that next time I starch my projects :)
Did you see any color or sheen change with Linen Press? All previous starches I have tried kills the beauty of the fabric.
Hello! I did not notice any change in color or sheen
Thank You for posting this video.. What settings should be used on the Iron it's self? Steam or No steam? What about Cotton/Silk blends???
Covfefe I'm so sorry for my delayed response. Use the iron's silk setting, I do use steam generally, I find that works through any wrinkles easier
