This song is on their second album "EXODUS" which was released in 2015, but this song had previously appeared in Chanyeol's debut teaser in 2012, which means everything had been prepared even before they debuted😂😂.. This song was even asked to be performed at a music event but was not allowed because this song was only performed live at their own concert and when all the members were complete. That's why this song cannot be performed carelessly, it can't even be covered by other idols. FYI all the adlibs at the end of the song were added by Baekhyun himself.

I am the same. D.O. has a tone of voice that is really nice to listen to its very smooth and full. He's also really good of conveying emotion in his singing so if you cant understand the lyrics you can at least feel the emotion D.O. is interpreting when he sings. He's honestly too good.

Yes, they are such enigmatic performers, always giving the audience an artistic view of the song, which elevates your anticipation...very good showmen...can you imagine the logistics and work that goes into a 3-hour concert? The amount of people who work on all the staging and lighting and jumbotrons and pyro....and do it city to city....I can't imagine. And Exo just need to do what the producers and directors envisioned along WITH Exo...they must have storyboarding to follow what can be done...the meetings for such an undertaking must be something to see....and the rehearsals must be fun....and with months at a time on tour, their itineraries must be very tiring...planes, vans, hotels....such hard work...I wouldn't trade my day job to go through that. But the showmanship, just incredible. Very talented men. Our legendary veterans.... 💙🌺

This Eldorado performance was seen by people from Star Wars the movie and when Star Wars was released in Korea they collaborated with EXO and Lightsaber was their song. There's only a short version of the MV but the live is also a MUST WATCH. This Eldorado performance is from Japan so its usually later in their tour, November 2015. There is also the 1st performance in EXOluxion concert SKorea March 2015.

It is said that Spanish conquerors started the rumor of the city, after learning of the Indian king El Dorado who, according to legend, was covered in gold. (As you may know, El Dorado means the gold or the golden one in Spanish.) So, what you saw as part of the background in this performance, was in the beginning the golden gates of the city were there and as the performance went on the gates opened to reveal the mountain and SM's depiction of what they think the city of El Dorado might look like. That's also why EXO was all in gold outfits. "El Dorado" was a B-side track from EXO's Exodus album, which came out in 2015 and this live performance was during their EXO PLANET #2 - THE EXO'LUXION in Seoul, which was also in 2015. Anything that took place before 2017 Lay was involved in. I think the light poles they danced around were to represent objects they had to navigate through in their search for the city. Finding the city is thought to possibly help to reveal something they need or clues to help them locate the Tree of Life, etc. And now that aespa has been added to the storyline, maybe finding "El Dorado" will reveal something that connects the two groups. For example, if aespa was made the guardians of the tree, in charge of hiding the two halves in order to keep it safe, then locating "El Dorado" may be what EXO needs to do in order to find where the tree is hidden. The song came out because Disney wanted to collaborate with EXO after seeing the performance of El Dorado so when the Star Wars movie came out in 2015, the official song in Korea was Lightsaber. The MV is really short but the live performance is wonderful, plus the song is very good, highly recommended. Fun fact: According to the fandom, El Dorado is part of a kind of Trilogy (there are no longer 3 ahshshs) made up of Black Pearl, El Dorado, Oasis and the last one is Runaway. Honestly, each of them are wonderful and are very connected by their lyrics, it would be great if you reacted to those songs too.

The song came out because Disney wanted to collaborate with EXO after seeing the performance of El Dorado so when the Star Wars movie came out in 2015, the official song in Korea was Lightsaber. The MV is really short but the live performance is wonderful, plus the song is very good, highly recommended.
Fun fact: According to the fandom, El Dorado is part of a kind of Trilogy (there are no longer 3 ahshshs) made up of Black Pearl, El Dorado, Oasis and the last one is Runaway. Honestly, each of them are wonderful and are very connected by their lyrics, it would be great if you reacted to those songs too.
