Great review Jeremy! I love mine! It does handle snow very well when guy’d. Glad you peeked my photo. I’m running your TimberWolf stove on some of my trips with this tent. Jeff
By far the best tent I've seen and the first time I saw one was yours the green one that resembles it in the video over a 26 million views, so many options for every weather such good quality and with all this still relatively compact, bless you
Thanks for another great review of the Pomoly Locomotive tent. It is on my radar but I think their dome tent might be what I need due to my knees a crawling around a low height tent. I don’t plan to backpack anymore, but there is allot of camp sites for car camping in my area. Have a great day!
I have both the Locomotive 2 Tunnel Tent with Chimney and the Locomotive 3 Tunnel Tent with Chimney. Had the first one as soon as it came out but wrote to pomoly they should have made the sleeping area and the stove are bigger. They delivered on that and I jumped at the Locomotive 3 Tunnel Tent with Chimney when it was released. Good seeing you man, I was away for awhile
I bought this tent after seeing you using yours. Had it set up this spring and was amazing by how big it actually is. Looking forward to using it in cold weather with my Pomoly dweller stove. I actually have a few items you recommended over the years including the hammock tent that you designed for the company that shall not be named.
Appreciate this kind of product tour videos in junction with your camping ventures using them. Watching on my lunch break dreaming of some fall camping. It's a neat tent, but I'm 6'1" and I would like to be able to sit upright in my tent and the Locomotive series just is too short. I have the Stove hut 70 2.0 and I can sit comfortably in that. I will say the new Pomoly DUNE solo tent looks interesting too, but I should probably a few more years of use out of my Stove hut before I upgrade.
Looks like a decent tent. Been rocking similar one by Ozark that surprisingly is holding up well. Wish could test one out lol as have so many tents now don’t need to buy more 😂
You are the camping guru Jeremy! Excellent tutorial on the how to’s of this hot tent bro. Do most wood stoves have the same size smokestack to fit the holes? Ayeeee! From dat Louiziana man😅
oh, it's the string, I was looking at the reflectors trying to figure out which color was gray and which was silver (super colorblind) just bough this tent last week, looking forward to a good winter...I hope, please give me snow
How easy is it to peg down in winter? Will snow hold it well? Or do you have to hammer them into the frozen ground? (I ask as this is going to be my solo winter camping setup)
hi lonewolf, since you've tried them in various situations, this or the opalus 2 is better. Which one performs better in wind and rain situations? thank you so much, keep it up, your videos are always incredible
@Lonewolfwildcamping yea. Definitely fits my size and budget. But the fact that it's not free standing might be a little bit of a hassle. How do you peg it down in winter? Snow? Or hammer the pegs into the frozen ground?
I dont like sitting on the ground in a hot tent. Bad back, rather hover above the stove in a light weight chair not touching the roof or crouching. Do they have a 1-2 person hot tent that will set up on all kinds of terrain. One you can open up and still have a fire if its not snow cold weather, but still not let in the damn bugs or ticks?
HI LONE WOLF 902 I LOVE THAT TENT, A LOT OF ROOM,,BUT I DON'T NEED ONE, TO SCARY TO SLEEP IN A TENT EVEN IF IT'S DAY TIME! 😊BUT ENJOY WATCHING YOU AND YOUR WILD ADVENTURES AND SOMETIMES DANGEROUS SCENES, PRAY YOU HAVE A GREAT SAFE WEEK AND AWESOME WEEKEND COMING, LOVE YOU MY IDOL OF DOING WILD AND GREAT THINGS THAT YOU 😘,👍💪💙🐕HI BOOMER
Those are not just basic tent poles, those are way better. They lock together internally, not externally with an outside collar. Just clarifying that for any potential buyers. Other than that, pretty good review. Good job man!

Your dog is delightful! These hot tents with the fold up hot stoves are amazing along with the exhaust pipe that rolls up. Looks like fun.

👌✌️
Jeremy ( not sure if I spelled your name right) awesome job on how to put up a tent. You are an instructor from experience 😊😊😊😊.
Thanks 👍
This is the one I purchased. Thanks for doing the review to help me out. Which Pomoly stove do you recommend for this set up?
For backyard camping you could put a 32" TV in the vestibule and watch your favorite movies
Backpacker?
oh, it's the string, I was looking at the reflectors trying to figure out which color was gray and which was silver (super colorblind)
just bough this tent last week, looking forward to a good winter...I hope, please give me snow
What is a good stove for this? I have the locomotive 3. I have looked and asked so many questions and nothing has been answered. Thank you
Looks like the Hilleberg Anjan 3 GT tent except for the stove Jack.
How easy is it to peg down in winter? Will snow hold it well? Or do you have to hammer them into the frozen ground?
(I ask as this is going to be my solo winter camping setup)
Same as any other tent
I bought the Locomotive 3 to have more comfortable dog + friend setup
🤙🤙🤙
Does the sleep area that is removable Comès with the tent or we need to Buy it
Yes, comes with removable inner
Thank you
Btw i love your content im a big fan❤️❤️

Pomoly definitely beats the nature hike
Have you used a heated floor before?
No
@Lonewolfwildcamping it would be vool to build a viking longhouse with a heated floor or elongated Dakota stove with the source hole outside one end.
nice. id like to see the 3 man to compare size difference...
It's alot bigger in the 3 person
Definitely interested in this review. Was looking at getting one, but wasn't sure if the quality and size are good.
It's a great tent
@Lonewolfwildcamping yea. Definitely fits my size and budget. But the fact that it's not free standing might be a little bit of a hassle. How do you peg it down in winter? Snow? Or hammer the pegs into the frozen ground?
@Lonewolfwildcamping and how warm will it keep in the winter?
@@craigquann I've seen guys cut pvc in half and use foot long sections as anchors

Just ordered this tent. I have a T-Brick Mini. Has anyone tried this stove out with the loco 2?
Will work really well
@@Lonewolfwildcamping Thanks!
Looks like a good buy for $189. How does it hold up in high winds?
Affordable and very strong in the wind
@@Lonewolfwildcamping At 6.2 pounds it's a bit heavy
Weight = Durability
Did you know inner tent door is great for projector.
Awsome
Are you gonna build on your property and film those kinds of videos?
🐶🏕👍
Hilliberg (sp) without the insane price.
Absolutely
HELLO:
Hi boomer🩵
Thank you for the nice review - like always! With which oven from Pomoly would you recommend to use it with? Your T-Brick mini?
Pomoly mini stoves are a great choice for this tent
