I use tent poles from a old two man tent, just the same thing as these but a lot cheaper..

Just a friendly suggestion; get yourself a microphone, could barely hear you when you’re not near the camera. All I could hear was wind and road traffic!
Yeah sorry about the sound quality, I do have a microphone now. I will get round to recording a new review.
