I would never find joy in another man's hard times. That being said, if you are strategic in how you invest in real estate, it won't matter what time you invest. The market will always fluctuate. Losing money usually is a sign of over leverage. Hence, don't buy hoping the market will go up, buy based on what you can afford now....
