Rick and his band do justice to every song they cover. So proud to have witnessed this guy's talent firsthand.

Great cover of this difficult song. I admire the fact that you can make a song with no chorus or bridge and fairly repetitive verses interesting enough to listen to. I seldom performed it, because I couldn't even keep myself from getting bored in spite of the fact that I love the lyrics. Every time I'd give up on it I'd marvel at the fact that Glen could keep you interested. As for John Hartford, he get's top poetry marks from me, but the song would never have been as popular without the artistry that Glen brought to it. Keep posting these great performances and Happy Thanksgiving!
