abby gives paige babyish choreography so we didn’t really get to see her at her “peak” or her “full potential” but in this dance it showed us she could do lyrical/contemporary dances and could’ve been maddie’s competition. it’s sad we didn’t get to see more of paige doing lyrical duets

“Now that Paige and Brooke are gone I can’t do what I was planning with Paige, I can’t have my double wedding, we had the whole day planned out, our whole futures planned out and we were supposed to move here in LA, and be next store neighbors with a big house. I dont think chloe or Paige are underrated tbh. Both are amazing dancers, but are also two of the most loved dancers on the show.

It should have won, its the only dance that has brought me to tears, maybe it wasn't perfect, but to me it was. The emotion and the connection is inmaculate. I wish we could've seen more of chloe and Paige's bond through sentimental dances like this.

This duet was beautiful it didn’t have flawless technique or a gorgeous costume however it had something Maddie and Kalani’s didn’t, a strong connection that was shown throughout the entire dance.

I’m glad this was how the last time Paige ever danced got to be. Truly showed how beautiful and talented and connected both of these girls were.

They were so in sync with each other! This dance was much more partner work than Maddie and Kalani

This dance always reminds me of me and my best friend. Cause the story that the dance tells (this is how I think it went) that the one friend basically lied to the other friend and they both weren’t becoming close. And so it ends with the two girls promising each other, but the girl that didn’t lie realizes she can’t trust her friend so she denies the promise. And it reminds me of my friend always lying and saying things that he knew weren’t true. And making me fall for his idiotic lies and betrayal’s.

I think paige has way morgen confident when she dances with chloe
Yeah she feels comfortable around her like you can see the dynamic she was pretty akward dancing with others you can see that in her facial expressions in other duos she did
the significance this dance has is insane and its so emotional because of what happens later in the episode

I teared up watching this. Everyone deserves and needs a friendship like they have. Maddie and Kalani's duet was pretty, but there was no personality. No feeling. Paige and Chloe's was moving. This is definatly my favorite duet on the show

This duet brought out the best in Paige, her technique was similar to Chloe's.
I'm glad Paige's last dance on the show was with Chloe.
I love how the song was really similar to Chloe and Paige’s relationship and how Paige leaving affected it

I honestly prefer this one to Two Sapphires. Like, I know that Maddie and Kalani had awesome techinque and whatever. But their choreo was more showy than interesting, it was just some bland lyrical with no story or concept or anything, and with a worse song too.
Wishbone had just so much heart in it, I could watch it forever
paige is so underrated😢 but she was a really good dancer and it’s so sad that abby didn’t give her a chance to show all her talent with her solos. chloe and paige are my favourites from the show😊

the thing that this duet has that maddie and kalani’s didn’t have was a connection and a bond. you could feel something while watching this routine and that’s why i think this one should have won instead.

paige's emotion felt so raw and good. it's like she wasn't feeling the dance towards chloe, but more so towards maddie. maybe she felt betrayed.

Chloe and Paige’s friendship is literally so precious. I’ve had friends like this in the past. Thankfully I’ve had the same best friend since we were 9 and 11 and were 23 and 25 now. Sometimes I miss old childhood friendships but realize how amazing my friendship is with my best friend and her family treats me so well

This is one of Abbies dances from when her company was still called Reign Dance Productions. This is another version on youtube of Brittany Pent and Stephanie Pittman's "Wishbone" they performed at the Youth America Grand Prix 2009.
I literally cry every time I watch this because the lyrics are perfect for them and it’s so sad that this was their last duet together ☹️
this should’ve won. two sapphires had better sync/technique, but they had more connection and ACTUAL duet work. two sapphires (to me) was literally kalani and maddie doing a solo side by side in perfect sync.

Tbh I love this dance more than two sapphires, Chloe and Paige gave a story with their face. It had something strong and emotional about it that two sapphires didn’t have. This is one of my favorite duets
you can just see the song shows their relationship. "we grew up like sisters, we were more then friends" has paige and chloe written all over it. Although two sapphire's was better technically, it didn't show anything about their friendship and the song was in no relation to them at all.
This duet is very special. ❤

maddie and kalani are amazing dancers, but this dance felt so much more like a team effort. a real duet. there was more partner work and you feel and see the connection between the dancers which made it so beautiful. i feel as though maddie and kalani’s dance could have easily been a solo for one of them (that’s not to say that their duet wasn’t great too, though)

This is a dance comp . The judges don’t know Paige and Chloe have been besties since birth and there is a special meaning . All they see is two tall blondes on stage doing a duo . Paige and Chloe were great but Maddie and kalanis technique was just better that day . I love Chloe and Paige too but Maddie’s duo was better technically that day
But Maddie and Kalani weren’t even supposed to be dancing that day. The issue was Abby not having enough faith in Chloe and Paige, when they would have won had she not entered Maddie and Kalani. So, Chloe and Paige should have won, because Abby should have had more faith in them and should not have entered Maddie and Kalani.
Also the judges don’t have to know the details about Chloe and Paige’s friendship to get the story told through the dance. Both girls wore their emotions on their sleeves and laid them out during this dance. Dance isn’t just technique, it paints a picture and tells a story. Wishbone actually had a story, Two Sapphires was just a pretty, technical dance. That’s the reason why some people believe Wishbone to be better. And clearly the judges saw something they liked in Wishbone, because had Maddie and Kalani not been entered, Chloe and Paige would have won.
The song was so fitting for them
To this day I'm mad this didn't win. Maybe the technique and sync wasn't the best but this duet have something more than Maddie and Kalani's duet. Maddie and Kalani's duet make me feel nothing but Chloe and Paige's duet make me cry. Abby do the duet with Maddie and Kalani only because she want Chloe and Paige to lose.

Honestly, I feel like moments like the end where Paige went slightly after Chloe only added more to it because a wishbone breaks uneven. This whole dance their timing was mostly amazing, but there a few out of sync moments that honestly made the dance better.
Also Abby didn’t add Maddie and Kalani to make them lose, she added them because she didn’t think Chloe and Paige could win. She had no faith in them, but they would have won had she not have entered Maddie and Kalani.

The reason Maddies duet with Kalani won is because the two sapphires duet had better technique then wishbone but I think wishbone should have won if Maddie and kalanis duet was not entered because it was just unfair
