What is the purpose of secondary air filter, beacuse the air comes directly from the main filter to carburater.
Bro, that's a pulse air system.It helps in reducing emissions, fresh air mix with exhaust gases in exhaust manifold and cool down gas this helps in reducing CO level.

Bhai wo secondary filter hai, jo ki kewal form hai. Bina oil ke install kare ge to dust particals filter nahi honge, oil lagane se form dense ho jati hai, filteration acha hota hai.

usme sirf engine oil change hota, filter or gear oil ka alag pdta
You make service but not clean oil filters
Oil filter is on left side of engine near scooty stand, you can clean it, but it's not required after every 1.5 or 2k kms. It should be done after every 6-7k kms.
Not sure about euro-6 engine, refer you owners manual for clean interval.
