Another wall combo I’ve discovered with Azucena is LBT 4,1 - db3. It flips the opponent over and gives phenomenal oki. Only catch is you have to make sure your wall carry puts you in LBT stance. I usually do Jab - dash - d2,3. Another somewhat decent one is df 1,4b - BT 4 but the damage is dismal and the oki is limited.
Every time I encounter Azucena, I just feel bad because I destroy this character with just how risky and committal she is. A lot of her strings don't jail and you can duck her a lot. So when I find an Azucena who can beat me...I commend them since the character is not as strong as before.
I will forever stay loyal to my coffee queen. She's fun and she seems the least likely to unalive me in my sleep! That and she reminds me somewhat of my girlfriend. She's happy go lucky while I'm introverted.
I’ve stuck to her, but they 100% went overboard with her nerfs, js. Like delete WR3,2 from the game, fine, who cares? It was literally broken, so doy nerf it. But 99.99% of her other nerfs were straight up overkill and didn’t really need to happen.
D24 stance b1+2 is your ender if you can't reach the wall as it gives great oki, at the wall wall combo is either 41 back turn 4 or stance 31 db3 whichever you prefer
Almost reached Tekken King with her now, but I avoid doing the majority of the newer combos with her because i drop them once in a while. She does so much damage with 1 combo if you include the wall, that basically 1 dropped combo can cost you the round. The risk of missing a combo for a couple more damage just isn't enough reward for me.
@@TK_TheFURY I disagree. I used to do 2 of the combos in this video. I stopped doing them because I would drop them like once every 3 matches. I never, ever drop the old combos and the damage difference on a couple of them is only like 4-7, which is basically a jab.
@@thomasstowe8311 you need to dash before d23,it's only needed for ch bt1+2 and ch 1+2 it's viable for the other ch launcher,I personally do another combo for bt1+2 and 1+2 as I can't do the dash consistently
It’s crazy azcucena still getting nerfed to be a stance character and people calling her weak is crazy she has insane damage output and still has some bs moves.
@@Notwedsquid She’s not bottom 3 or anything, but she’s definitely weak now. She has damage sure but who doesn’t in this game? They deleted her tracking, made nearly all of her paths into stance unsafe so you almost NEED to use it raw, and she has way less “bs moves” than 90% of the rest of the cast. The only things that she had that needed nerfing was WR3,2 and her crouch throw.
2:06 combo: After the D 2,3 I can't connect with the 1 in the 4,1 even after walking in liberator mode and timing it correctly. Please help, the combo is so good ❤

She is not that commital and risky, you just mostly meet average players in ranked that doesn't know well matchups and how neutral works

When I do bt 3+4 3 42 d23 1+2 I often whiff the 1+2 and I have no idea how to make it more consistent
