Clefairy running the exact same set is C+ Rank on the GSC 1v1 VR due to its worse bulk, but Clefable is arguably S+ rank if allowed.
Well, if you toxic turn 1, clef is going to twave you and which you are slower and you will be encored afterwards if you did not attack it and getting slowly broken down by seismic toss. Ghost types can beat it yes, but there so few viable ghost types in GSC.

Very cool video Elo, even as someone who plays this tier a lot I was still unaware of some sets like mystic gyarados and sub starmie lol. I would recommend everyone to try this tier out, for me it fits a perfect balance between complex and simple. It's simpler than later gens of 1v1 because of no evs and less items, but there's enough viable pokemon and sets that it still is complex and very competitive.
