Monument Valley, FTL, Superbrothers Sword and Sworcery EP, Rymdkapsel, Impossible Road and The Room games are all great games. Although, I wouldn't recommend anyone buying an iPad only for gaming, iOS devices do have some interesting titles that are as good as some 3DS and Vita games.

I don't know if you've ever heard of The World Ends With You by Square Enix, but it's a pretty cool game and they have an IOS port for it. The only downside is that it's pretty expensive and actually takes up 4 gigs of data instead 2 like it says in the description. But it's actually a great game.

I don't know if you've ever heard of The World Ends With You by Square Enix, but it's a pretty cool game and they have an IOS port for it. The only downside is that it's pretty expensive and actually takes up 4 gigs of data instead 2 like it says in the description. But it's actually a great game.
Square Enix has a bunch of their game for IOS Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy VI, Secret of Mana ect.
