    Crazy to see how fluid the animation is for being 100 years old.

      The Fleischers invented rotoscoping. Max's brother Dave, who had worked as a professional clown, served as the model for Koko: they filmed him acting, and then traced over the frames for the animation.

      @@Lucius1958- As anyone who has traced still images knows, it still takes talent to make the result look good. Imagine what it means to do it this way! Hats off and low bows.
