Not really :) I have a shit ton of stuff to do, but instead I'm learning some archaic form of communication
somehow i got "there is no taste to cross the tongse as bitter as regret" i was so close!!
There is no taste to cross the tongue as bitter as regret.
Omg i did it???
Omg omg omg I did it too!!!

Lmao
.--. .-. .- -.-. .. -.-. . / -- --- .-. .
@@nukulus9344 that spells practice more?
@@nukulus9344 "pracice more"
@@nukulus9344 Says the one who spelled “practice” wrong
There is no taste to cross the tongue as bitter as regret.
But I found it hard to devide words as in to know where a new word starts and ends
I got it like this ( THE RE IS NO TASTE TO CROSS THE TO NGUE AS BITTER AS REGRET)
What is NGUE ? 😂😂😂
Thank you for the video
Same here! Got almost every letter correct, but had big problems knowing when a new word started XD
Whenever there is a pause of 7 beats, that’s when the words are being divided. 3 beats for letters
So it’d be like...
•- •- •-• •• ••• •• •••
That’s a visual representation at least
Yep
OH MY GOD I GOT “ The re is not a see to be soss
The tongue as bitter as regree” lol
me too!!!
Need more practice but I'm glad I've got the half of it 💪😼
I've got like 6 wrong things but as a 13 yr old i am pretty proud and the fails were mostly me going 10 seconds back to make sure i got it right like i heard the 1st part as an (e) and also messed up some spacing between words and i somehow heard a wierd (.-.-.-) at the end and when i checked again..... It's still there!!!
I got it as "ehere is notaste E to cros e tongue as bittek {then i figured out its an [R] not a [K] even before i was done} as regret [.-.-.-] {i still can hear that wierd combination at the end.... Its still there!!!}"
-.-.-. This means period
There is no taste to cross the tongue as bitter as regret.
YAY I DID IT!! this is the first time i get the letter and spaces all right on 3 wpm after continuously practice morse code nearly a week, not a fast progress but im happy
Me too😊
Same here 😄
why did i get regretaaa 💀
is .-.-.- a fullstop??
@@itscheese. yes
@@itscheese. regretaaa 💀💀
"Then is no taste to cross the tongue as bitter as regret."
Which definitely makes no sense, but I loved it.
but it does make sense, its saying that regret is the most bitter emotion, it's just using taste since they are calling it bitter so like "there is no taste to cross the tongue as bitter as regret" is nothing is quite as bitter as regret
@@PurelyRo yeah, the start of the video is "-(T) ....(H) .(E) .-.(R) .(E)"
The first word was “there” not then
@@H1tman0 Ohhh! I read too fast, at first I thought the commenter didn’t understand the message haha
Hey how is your morse code 3 years later?
It took me a couple tries and I had to be writing them down and pausing as I go, but I finally got "there is no taste to cross the tongue as bitter as regret". This is so cool!
I got all the letters correct from the first time
But I couldn't create the sentence
it took me so long too but i was very happy to finally get it in the end 😭😭😭
2nd day learning MC 😂. There no no tnste to cgoss the tongue s qntteg as regret aaa.
A dot is ._._._ so it's not aaa it's a full stop
@@rouamili thanks lol I'd only memorized letters and digits so that was interesting to hear
@@janel8169 did you continue to practice?

At least you got all the right letters!!😂😂😂
Me too
"There is no taste to cross the tonu" and then blank when the mind......
It took me three tries before I got the hang of it 👍 three words per minute seems to be a good speed for beginners
First day learning morse code and got “there is no taste to cross the tongue as bitter as regret”, but I can’t figure out what the last letter is. I thought it might be an exclamation point.. I think it is a lot of fun to learn and quite different then most people tend to do in their free time. (Also, I am very sorry for my English if it is not entirely correct)
The last pattern is .-.-.- That is a period :)
Marshall Rogers Oh, thanks!
It’s EC which stand for End Copy. It’s kind of like saying, Out!
Last pattern is dot and it is .-.-.-
very useful! the repeated letters helped me a lot. struggled with the g, missed it both times
Look at these lousy scores. Who we gonna rely on when the zombies attack with their trained giant killer hornet swarms?
Thanks I was looking for 3wpm to get the gear and pencil accustomed. Works great!
I got my ham license in 1983 and did 15WPM code and did it till December 1983 and never used it again.
I could copy this with only 2 errors.
Pretty Good after over 35 years with no practice.
ve4mm
I got something like: there a tomatoe... Aye, we learnin 😎
I got EHERE IS NO EISTE TO CROSS THEE ON GUENS BITTER AS REGRET (I honestly don't know how I got "on guens" also I kinda was writing on a price of paper really sloppy so when it came to bitter, I placed the r more farther than usual and though this sentence was in German)
I got “Ehere is no Taste To Csoss Ehe Esno_e As Yitter As Re__et.” The _ are missing letters and I am fully aware I got stuff wrong this was my first time doing this
there is no taste to cross the tongue as bitter as regret

As a non-native English speaker,
My note be like: "THEREISNOTASTE..."
Me: Ok, what the hell is "The RE is not Aste"? Is "RE" some CQD stuff and "Aste" is some kind of weird uncommon English word?
Nah I'm just stupid
“There is no taste to xuoss the eongse as bitter as ueguet” for the 2nd day not bad I guess 🤯😂
This speed is perfect, thank you
This was fun. I think the beeps at the very end was a period but I'm not too sure. I didn't learn symbols yet.
Yes, it was a period: •-•-•-

THERE IS NO TASTE TO CROSS THE TONGUE AS BITTER AS REGRET
The tonr e as bitter as rerret. Thanks for the help, I’m getting better.
Glad to hear it!
Aha at the start I though the word was just “the” then I was like.... Re? Re isn’t a word. Then I figured it out.
lol, I did the exact same thing!
there is no tasee to yrosstve as bitter as regret
There is no taste to cwoss the tongue as bitter as regret.
I think it should've been cRoss, but I'm quite pleased with my day 2 skills.
I'm learning morse code, and I got there is no taste to cross the tongue as bitter as regret.
The miscopies may people got are perfect examples of why it took me 7 years after my Novice to get up to 13wpm. 50 years ago nobody - or at least me - had ever herd of "Farnsworth" or "Koch". I still remember my elmer (novice examiner) looking at his watch trying to string out each character to 2 and a half seconds.
is it ok to stop and re-listen?
Because I just learned morse code 10 minutes ago and I was able to get the correct sentence. But then I see people saying they are practicing for a week and still didn't get it.
That was great. I'm doing this with my kid, he's better than me 😆
It's midnight, I'm tired, but the hyperfixation monster is making me learn morse code.
There is no trste to cross the tongue rs bitter as regret. Obviously i have a problem with the sound of "._" and "._."
T-ere is no taste to cross t-e ton-ue as -itter as re-reti3
