With a consistent workload of soul-crushing, dull projects I find my passion for animation to be generally rather limited these days. Your channel always gives me a bit of a kickstart of motivation.
4:50 Liking because I'm curious what a "tearful joy" looks like. But in all seriousness liking because these animations are incredible as well as the channel.
I saw a similar video like Horsepower on your Channel but I am not able to find that video. 2D cutout type Fish were jumping in that video. Can you plz tell what was the video? It is very important. Plz Ben, need help...
Thanks Nevin! oh man, hyper intense AR VR is something i've see A LOT of recently. Mainly thanks to Edward Ov's work being awesome and him teaching it so well, so I can't fault him at all. That man started a movement haha. I really enjoying slower-paced, lower frame rate cel animation
could someone enlighten me on the 2nd animation "curated by substance"? i really liked the mix in style, and i want to know more, like which softwares are used in the making and how many years of practice does it take to reach that level.
Hey Ben, how are you? I really wanted to know, where do you get all those references from? These videos you show, i don't know how to search for them, for inspiration, would you please help me?
These are all fantastic! You should check out the bible project's videos. They have some fantastic animation/motion graphics (and if you're not about that religious life, mute the video and watch it with some ambient music).
For a video, I recommend their video on "Generosity" (or the one simply called "God") and for ambient music (if that's your business), might I recommend, "Windows 95 Startup Sound (Slowed 4000%)" Or you could go with a classic, "1/1" by Brian Eno. (either way, you're more or less getting Brian Eno)
i dunno if ariel costa always uses the same sound designers and composers, he does amazing visual work but i ALWAYS find his music and sound design WAY too aggressive and harsh. so many trebly plinks and pops, it makes my ears feel like they're having a seizure lol

@@BenMarriott thanks for replying and also for the suggestion 🙃.
Can you tell me on how to get started with motion graphics???
could someone enlighten me on the 2nd animation "curated by substance"? i really liked the mix in style, and i want to know more, like which softwares are used in the making and how many years of practice does it take to reach that level.
I love how character/series/feature animation and what's so called motion graphics has no distinction nowadays.
💜
You need to see the animation of the music video Feel Good From Polo & Pan
Hey Ben, how are you? I really wanted to know, where do you get all those references from? These videos you show, i don't know how to search for them, for inspiration, would you please help me?

Early maybe
Welcome to the early gang!
My animations are amazing considering I'm self taught. I feel very left out from your community of rich children from 1st world countries
first
Congrats my friend :D
Most of this kinda looks the same, really boring.
Seems like originality is a thing of the past :/
