Wow, best explanation I've heard yet! Makes perfect sense as I just woke from deep sleep and recognized there's no one who existed in dreamless sleep, and Noone after awakening 🧘
Listening to Richard read his book with his English accent provides a nice intermission between episodes of Inspector Morse, Lewis or Midsumer Murders. Thank you Richard! 🙏. 💥
Thank you Richard so clear ,Just one question ,Is it our beliefs that create the story/dream or does the story just arise regardless of "my" beliefs .Thank you .
Beliefs, like other thoughts, arise and fall away. There is no "me" to whom they belong. This is a dream, but "you" are not having the dream. "You" are a dreamed character within the dream.🙂
@@richardsylvester Thank you Richard ,So even when it is seen by no one, the dream still appears but it is not believed in anymore ,no "me" to claim the suffering .I wish the tiger would hurry up and rip my head off 😏 Thank you again Richard .Loved your vid with Frank btw it was beautiful x
There is the thought that hopelessness and despair are here “because” that which is searched for is not here yet but over there..the belief that “I” am sitting here listening to “you” over there is something to be rid of…the “longing” that this dream of a separate “I” drops, that it should be other than…the “wish” this pain will be worth it…on and on and on….

There is nothing looking for something.
"I" isn't there when we are born
It’s never there…it seems like there is but then it’s seen there is nothing behind it lol
