Definitely. The puzzle is surprisingly tricky. It won't hold up to constant play, but I will bring this out every once in a while, as a fun, quick, thinky activity. Thanks for watching the playthrough!
Who is is the man that can turn 18 cards into a fun and entertaining video? SHAGGY is the man!!! Never played a Button Shy game but some of them seem to be really fun. This one is not really my theme but I like the mechanics. Thank you for the video and happy weekend.
Thanks! For me these Button Shy games replace crosswords or Sudoku or something like that. Just quick, fun puzzles that I can play late at night or just to kill some time. This one works great for that -- it is so fast and surprisingly puzzly. Thanks for checking out the video!
That is so nice of you to say, Tracie. I appreciate it. Yeah, if you love a good simple quick puzzle game then I would definitely take a look at this one. It perfectly fits into the Button Shy style. Thanks for watching!
Nice! Let us know what you think once you get it tabled. I've enjoyed my plays so far and I'm looking to buy the expansions to explore it further. Thanks so much for watching!
This seems very similar to Isle of Trains: All Aboard in the way that cards are played (and passengers are played similar to resources in Isle of Trains).
Glad you made a playthrough about this game. I do have a question. When you place a passenger on a car by the effect of another car, do you still have to activate the car’s effect? There is a card(tea) that specifically tells you to activate the new car effect but most don’t.
That is a good question. I believe I have done it correctly in the video. The four cars that tell you "NEXT: Place a passenger..." with some restriction -- they are telling you the next action you must take. So you are still taking the place a passenger action and so you resolve the train's special ability. The tea car is giving you an action you need to resolve and so it is clarifying that you active the car. It is confusing, but I believe that anytime you add a passenger to a car you must resolve the special ability. But I could be wrong. Thanks for watching.
This channel is a treasure
Ha, that is so nice. Thank you. I'm happy you enjoy the channel.
Nice! As usual with Button Shy Games it’s astounding to see what’s possible with so few cards. Thank you for another great playthrough!
