*Nice **Newest.Technology** cameras, superior to XT2 design, included Mount is much better.Note, these are slightly larger in size than the XT2, and don’t fit into enclosures designed fir the XT2. I tried them ...*

I really like the transparency from Wyze. Showing problems you ran into and fixed is reassuring. Also, unapologetically working in China for manufacturing is better than secretly or apologetically doing it. Makes me want to stick with this company.

Considering how much of our electronics come from and have historically come from China, I don't see a problem 🤷‍♂️ my stuff has said made in China as long as I've been alive...a good 39 years. Sony tv's? China. Jvc? China. Kenwood? China. Zenith? China. Plus thousands upon thousands of other mfgs. Anything that was considered quality came from China, more than likely. Tv's and radios in the 80s? China. 90s? China. 00s? China. See what I'm saying? When have we ever been able to buy high tech products from the United States? Right. We haven't. Not till 2010's.

China was playing the long game. America thought it would change their political system but it didn't. Everyone is starting to realize what a threat China is as they have their tentacles in every single part of the world. The difference is China likes to censor free speech and modify history books. They also sponsor global IP theft. People are starting to realize this reality and willing to pay a bit more. Companies are starting to move manufacturing elsewhere. Wyze should move production to another country.

I hooked my first cam up today and love it. Simple and works great. Lots of great features and totally affordable.
Now I see these sensors you can add and I'm blown away by the possibilities.
Sounds like a great, caring hands on company that's in tune with their customers.

I just ordered my first Wyze products. I had my finger over the order button for a Arlo Pro 2 pack when an advertisement for Wyze crossed my path.
I binge watched You Tube Videos on the Wyze products and fell in love with the product. The cost, the user friendly set up and use, eliminating monthly fees and compatibility with Alexa.
You’re the Saturn of the security cam industry ( that’s a compliment)
I will be recording the unpacking, set up and use over several weeks of the products for our local Town Watch.
Can’t wait till it gets here!

SmartThings compatible is a must-have! I don't need another sensor system. SmartThings, through Alexa, can speak to me if motion is detected. It can turn lights bright - only if at night - then dim them after several minutes. It can text someone without the app about the motion. Lots of power already in the SmartThings app, so I'd love to have the low cost WYZE sensors - if they integrate with SmartThings. And I LOVE the cameras - amazing quality for the price - but really want the upcoming RTSP to integrate the cams with my other cams into iSpy. Thanks for listening!!

We already have camera system around the outside of the house but these little cameras kick @ss compared to the ones out there now. $20 for a camera that has fantastic video quality, night and day vision and 2 way audio!? How can you NOT buy these? Very easy to set up and you can share the camera with anyone. So many options on setting it up and recognizes people apart from other objects. Very smart camera and I can't believe how cool they are and affordable.

One concern: everything is just stick-on.
If I want to pry the sensors off in tandem they can still be connected without triggering motion.

I am waiting crossed legged waiting for the Wyze to bring out a 240v system for UK users. First Wyze sense will be used on my mail box. Basically I live in a block of flats and the mail box is a little distance away and the post and small parcels come at different times of the day. So I will use one motion detector inside the mail box telling me that a letter or parcel has been posted in to my box and a magnetic contractors to tell me if the mail box is being opened or broken into. WYZE door bell camera system with two way audio is a great next step. Good luck

I just received my Wyze sense in the mail yesterday and I can say very easy to set up and the motion sensor works incredibly well. The motion sensor picks up motion 25 feet away in my house pretty incredible. One of my contact sensors is acting a little crazy lost connection once but just opened the window and it connected. I looked at the connection from that sensor to the hub which is only 15 feet away and it's weak. The motion sensor is 35 feet away and the connection to the hub is pinned, I think I have a bad contact sensor.

Awesome video, and it looks like a great product. As an Airbnb host, I think my biggest issue right now is not having the ability to turn on/off my hallway light when guests arrive, so they can see to open their room doors. I can see putting the motion sensor in the hallway, along with the Wyze bulb, and that would solve that problem. I am wondering: If the bulbs are programmable for a selectable interval of time to stay on? Are they able to ramp up to a certain brightness? And, can you control when they do not need to come on, say, during regular daylight hours? Keep up the great work!
My current setup is a Wyze Cam Pan outside my front door (inside my front porch) and a Wzye Cam in my kitchen overlooking the cats' food bowls and a portion of the hallway coming from the living room. I realize there are other automated/controllable light/bulb systems out there, but it would be cool to have the Wzye product integrated into my current system.

One of the best tech startups out there. Much better than some BS startups about AI and blockchain. Keep up the great work!

I am interested in this but can you set it to alarm you when it’s triggered or just a simple notification? I would love to use one of these on my toddlers bedroom window but a notification ding in the middle of the night while I’m sleeping wouldn’t cut it.

I was browsing the web and was wondering what was out there that I can benefit and use for my home. I didn't realize Wyze was not only doing just cameras but also contacts and sensors. You have my attention. I love that you have included in your camera the SD Card slot and be able to interact with your camera with your smart phone is awesome. Sensors are another feature which every home needs. Great job on producing these products....

Also have 4 cameras. Two of them outside under my garage overhang. One points at the front door for porch pirates, one points at the driveway. One at my fathers assisted living facility (Pan). We can look in on him and the workers. If we want to talk, then we speak through an Alexa Show which works better for 2 way communication since he can see our face on the screen.

I love this. This comment triggered me and made me cry. Most likely because I lost my dad to cancer. I love that you're using tech to keep in touch with your dad. Bless your father and cherish him.

What's the battery life? Is it suitable for outdoor placement (say on a gate) ?

No, it does not have water-proofing or an IP rating, these should not be used outdoors

Hi Mike, why does the hub have a speaker if we cannot have it provide us with motion & leak sensor updates?

Can you get it to scan from right to left up and down. That would be a plus.

Are you planning to get smart switches, replacing all the bulbs is hard with the investment to get those LED is high?

I would have use for an indoor/outdoor temperature module and a two-digit precision DC Voltage Meter to measure RE System House Voltage.
