I have both sent and received a love letter. The one I sent was when I was like 13 because I sucked at communicating my feelings in person lol. The one I received was in high school, and we ended up dating for around 6 months until young immaturity eventually sent us our separate ways. I still talk to her probably like once a year or so.
I love how bully characters are knowledgeable in the phrases “street smart and books smart,” and other terminology related to the theory of different intelligences, then call you the nerd.
She is such a cute bully! There’s nothing better then feeling safe around her protecting you from other bullies.
That "yes, yes, yes!" at the end was precious. This was a sweet one.

I love this trope where the bully is not truly a bully but is also just a confused dork and doesn't know how to display their emotions and affection. It's always so cute and you're always so good at being bad :P.
The best part is obviously when the whole act is revealed, and the jig is up. Harkening back to the video from last week, it's so interesting to see how a difference in context can affect how emotional that reveal can be. However, seeing this bully get flustered into their own confession was so cute and I loved it. The bully unintentionally protecting the listener from other bullies was not expected but was so welcome. They were the listener's secret admirer AND guardian angel this whole time 🤣. The cherry on top in this video HAS to be the little "yes, yes, yesss!" at the end followed by that sweet innocent giggle. I can picture her doing little fist-pumps and a goofy dance to celebrate her adorkable confession that just happened. 😆❤

However, being a secret admirer can be very toxic. During my first year of high school, I sent to the girl I liked an anonymous letter about how I feel for her. Her reaction marked me and erased my feelings. She told the whole high school about the letter even to the teachers. It's been 5 years since then but I still feel embarrassed when I think about it. 😅
That's horrible oh my goodness, I'm so sorry that happened. No one deserves to have their feelings trampled on like that and treated like a joke. You seem so full of love too :( it sounds like she missed out on the chance to be with someone really special.

That aside, it can be understandable that it might be creepy. And on the other hand, it feel like you're being flattered that you got someone who admire, or by extension, like you but is too shy to say it.
