I love these kinds of home runs, where as soon as the ball is airborne, you know it's on a one-way trip past the ivy. We've had plenty of "It might be, it could be...it is!" homers, but nothing compares to one that just makes you say "Yep, that's gone."
This my favorite game I've ever been to. I remember when they had the meeting on the mound my girlfriend grabbed her purse because we both thought it was over. Heyward hit the ball and I was like "No f'n way!"
