Am I right that this printer has no battery? That is, this printer seems that it always require a power cable. The Kodak Dock Era is actually a docking station for a phone, it charges the phone while plugged in, and this is a primary feature. The Canon Selphy 1300/1500 printers have a battery option, expensive, though. That is, Canon Selphy 4x6 printers can be really portable. If the Kodak Dock Era had an internal battery, it might be a better solution than Canon competitors.
You are correct it doesn’t have a battery. But I find for the price and quality it’s a better bang for your buck. Also I am usually printing at home so there is no reason I can’t just plug it up. And when in traveling I plug it up at my hotel. 🖤
I am on the market for a photo printer and was considering the Canon, but this one looks great and simple to use.
The ease of this printer is a big plus for me. The easier it is to print the more I can document our memories! 🖤
That is really nifty!! Our 2nd great granddaughter is due next week, and I can see lots of photo opportunities coming up!! Very neat!!
Thank Brenda. A new grandbaby sounds so exciting! New babies are such a joy. 🖤

The word is cartridge, NOT cartilage (which is a medical term for connective tissue). 😮
