As per my opinion
1) If a company finds an employee guilty then everyone is punishable who did the same thing before him
2) A friend is just sharing opinions of all companies not only for his company so he is not at fault
3) And the last one is, if companies are given more responsibility to the employee then they are also committed to giving overtime because everyone is doing a job for money .
